Like others, have been waiting over a month to receive my refund. Was shipped using the provided courrier.

Customer service that belongs to the previous century. I am waiting to hear back from them regarding Yodel picking up my return. 4 emails and 2 days later still no response.

I have sent my Dickies pant retour, but I still have not ever received an e-mail and a refund...? I have been waiting for more than a month now.

Very good but items do come up small and should have an exchange size service rather than return wait for refund then order again

Buy all my dickies from here. Never been disappointed. Fast delivery and always in perfect condition and amazing that the delivery is free.

Don’t buy dickies from anywhere on the net other than here is what I would say

The courier service DPD is awful. DPD delivered my order to the wrong address and got even my signature by someone else. I tried talking to them by chat and email. And at same time I talked to dickieslife agent by chat too. Both informed me they delivered wrong. And both DPD and dickieslife asked me a declaration letter for a signature dispute investigation.
I ordered some and they made mistake. And then they asked me do things to resolve problem. Sounds reasonable?
I spent whole day to resolve this and that was an unpleasant experience absolutely.
And at the end of day I found my parcel which is redelivered outside of my flat where is the public place. Where people pass by. Where my parcel could be disappeared again. And the story is over. Both dickieslife and DPD never confirmed me that I've received my order or not.
I give 2 stars because of one of dickieslife chat agent I've talked. She was the only one who helped and concerned me. Carley? Don't remember well her name but she was really nice and professional.

Very quick delivery and a good product. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the sizing: I would say: you need to order a size larger as Dickies sizing is smaller so better size information would be great for future purchases. However, it was easy enough to return (free) and I got my new pair the next day. Very happy ☺️

Terrible service. I ordered a hoodie in the sale which was meant to come next day delivery, then about a week later I got a message saying it was out of stock despite stock still being sold on the website, however the sale had finished and the prices back to the original. Was told I would receive a refund but nothing has happened. Emailed and online chatted which was very unhelpful. If you use this website, prepare for the worst. Wish I'd listened to the negative reviews and just got it on amazon.

I have return my command and three weeks later, still news, no answer at my mail.. A shame
