Quick and easy to order. Parcel arrived a day before it was supposed to. Excellent company.

An absolute joke, I ordered from Dickies almost 3 weeks ago with next day delivery and I still haven’t received my parcel.

I revieved an email a while after placing and paying for an order, to say the items were no longer in stock! They asked if I would like them in alternative colours at mo further cost, to which I agreed, yet I still do not have these items 2 weeks later

I recived email on 26.11 with information about delivery on 27.11 , so I was waiting till 31 November for parcel , and still haven't received. I checked tracking number and it's says " parcel.has been returned to the seller" which nobody let me know about this . I contacted the seller and he offer me as compensation for delay 10% code discount and VAT refund as item was shipped as export ! Very good customer service and they really care for customer , I will recommended to anyone and I will get back for more shopping, thank you

Ordered a pair of trousers (W32xL28) on a Friday and and received a confirmation email. I have waited the confirmation for delivery, but did not received. I have contacted the customer service on Monday, they said that everything is fine. I contacted them on Thursday again, because the confirmation of delivery did not arrived yet. They said, THEN, that don't have the ordered trousers. They offered me an OTHER type of trousers, size W33xL28. After five days i've received a totally different size, W32xL32, THAT is TOTALLY INACCEPTABLE, I have never had such a bad experience shopping online!

Brilliant all round service, speedy fast delivery. Product purchase had been out of stock I was emailed as soon as it was back in stock. Order made arrived next day!

I ordered three products and only 2. But they have charged me all three. And the invoice arrived in the package with the three products.

The true test of a company is how they handle their own mistakes, although not making any mistakes, as dickies life has thus far, is preferable.

Ordered and arrived quickly, though it was with two items missing from the order, one of which is a Christmas present, I emailed to get it sorted and have had no reply so far, 4 days later.

I was impressed with the communication and service. I was advised of the 1 hour timeslot for delivery and notified when successfully delivered. I had to contact customer services regarding a returned item which they had not received. My problem was dealt with efficiently and professionally and a prompt refund was given even though I had not been given correct documentation by the post office. A very personable and professional team.

Very quick delivery, emails keeping you up to date on delivery progress. Very pleased with purchase. Quality & sizing very good. Good value for money as item in the sale.
