Disappointing service and lack of customer care
I ordered a pair of dickies trousers for my husbands birthday, made sure there was next day delivery, and received a confirmation email. The next day (the given date of delivery) I receive an email saying there was an ‘IT issue’ which meant my order hadn’t been dispatched and it would be delivered a few days later. I asked if there was anything that could be done as the reason I had purchased from them was the delivery window, after a few emails of essentially being told they weren’t prepared to try and help me (I was offered a cancellation - so in my mind that would suggest the product hadn’t left the premises at that stage and more could have been done) I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told my message would be passed on as the supervisor had left for the day! I haven’t heard anything since until an email prompting me to rate my experience!
Would strongly recommend not ordering with this company, and should you encounter any issues they seem reluctant to help.
