Do not trust Dickinsons beds, its not worth the hassle!
Bought a bed from this rogue trader in January. From the start we had a half delivered bed, missing parts, came with two left side rails. The bed was advertised with having wooden slats yet came with a metal base. We eventually got the wooden slats instead of the metal frame. The delivery company was dirty and rude, they did not wear face masks even when we told them to. Customer service was rude over Facebook messenger and told me I was a difficult customer to deal with.
Took almost a month to get delivery issues solved. Instructions for bed came one one piece of poorly printed paper and we still have bits of the bed not attached as were not on the instructions!
Based on all the other recent reviews I wouldn't trust this company with a barge pole and I hate to say it but I think that 1yr manufacturer parts and warranty means nothing.
Dickinsons beds appear to have closed up shop. Their Facebook page is gone and their website is getting 404 not found so must be in process of closing up shop.

Ordered a bed months ago. I did check trust pilot before ordering and at that time there were only positive reviews. There was a 4 week wait which was expected but no contact during that time. Then an email to say our order was being processed. Then nothing for 2 weeks. We tried to email and phone regularly with no reply. We then contacted PayPal who tried to contact the company. The company did not respond so after about 10 days we received our money back. Definitely claim your money back now if you've ordered. Reading all the recent reviews I would guess this company has now gone bust.

Update-After waiting over 3 weeks with half a bed (no gas lift or fittings), we have had no communication since complaining about the missing parts.
We decided to buy the gas lift ourselves and fix the bed. This is not acceptable!
After feeling ignored, angry and fed up I contacted my bank (Barclays) to see what my options were.
They told me to fill in a Chargeback form. Where, when it was bought, have I made contact? etc, etc. Filled it in 11am and received the full amount by 5.30pm that day!
It's the only positive we've got from this awful company.
My advice-go to your bank/PayPal and ask for the money back.

Poor post sale care avoid, poor quality bed
Poor post sale care avoid. Ordered a king size bed, initially was sent out completely wrong bed which blocked my hallway for 6 weeks before got collected. The second time delivered bed was not again what I ordered. Customer care is very poor and you can not call them as no phone line. Either you send do message on messenger or emails. Upon second times delivery of wrong bed they stopped answering my messages. This makes me feel that they are scam and don’t care about customers once they have your money upfront. I will mot suggest this company to anyone. There bed quality is again not great for the price paid. Avoid buying from this company.
Damage on bed, no response for 7 weeks
Bed arrived damaged, I emailed customer services with photos and was told someone would be in touch. It's now been 7 weeks and still not heard from anyone despite chasing it up numerous times.
Shop elsewhere.
No customer service. Won't answer phone calls or emails. Sent wrong colour side panel and other one correct colour but baton stapled together and
join hidden under a sticker. Are this company still trading??????
Please collect the bed that is in poor condition.
We ordered the bed on behalf of our client and it has arrived with:
1. Wrong legs not as advertised those are too short and wide, they do not fit the bed) as well one of the leg is already bending to the side, causing the bed to be unbalanced.
2. Visible stitches and not well wrapped upholstery to side of the bed showing crease to fabric. Poor quality of the stitching.
3. Difference in head board design (not as per advertised: the headboard squares are in different design compare to the one the website) it's a misfiling product advertising.
4. Base slats start bending, are creating a noise due to lack of connection and movement. Slats are not connected at all just left loose under mattress.
5. The fabric samples and final bed have a huge discrepancy in colour.
Unfortunately the quality and design of the bed is far from advertises and offer at the point of sale.
We asked on several occasion to collect the bed by email and web log in, as the phone number has been take off from website a few weeks ago, and there is no other way to communicate with company. We've been trying to get in touch since 1st of June, however we have not heard form customer team yet. We've logged in the case on website several times, received only confirmation that it has been logged in. No respond since then. Our client is not satisfied with the purchase and has a full right to received the refund, as the products is faulty and in not a good condition.
To customer service: please contact us urgently for the bed collection and to arrange the refund to avoid further legal action. Order number: 5031740
To other customers we do not recommend to purchased any products as there is no way to contact the company and they do not respond if you have any issues.
The advertising on website "no fuss refund" is a false and misleading information, as it has been over two weeks since we are struggling to get in touch with the company.
We will amend the review once we have the bed collected and receive the refund.
