Was a little dubious because of all the online scams at first, but was quickly assured as when I pressed order, I received a call to say they were in production. 2 weeks later I received a call to say they were ready for dispatch and were delivered the next day. Brilliant service all round

Thanks for the service. Turned an unhapppy customer around !! Done a good job with coming to my house to replace the boards. Also called my daughter to update her on the day when replacing.they will be giving us a storage box as a kind gesture

I ordered a Kingsize bed from Dickinsons. From ordering to delivery was just over 2 weeks. Absolutely in love with my bed. The company are so easy and friendly to deal with. The Delivery guys were fantastic. Overall 100 %. Can't recommend them enough !

Super bed, comfy and fast delivery

We ordered a king size and 2 single beds from here. Delivery was between the 2-3 weeks as stated. Was advised of delivery time 24hrs in advance. Delivery drivers were great, really friendly, and helpful and Covid precautions followed at all times.
We put the beds together and found we were missing the feet and 2 screws for one of the beds, and we had the wrong mattresses, however we contacted them and they were so apologetic and helpful, they came out the next day (Easter Sunday) with correct mattresses and the missing feet & screws. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great product great service would highly recommend

Bed is fantastic and delivery was great too! However instructions very very poor. Struggled to actually see the images due to poor printing. We had parts that we needed but no instruction on where to use them we had to figure it out on our own. They really were useless.

Bed frame was beautiful and very well priced. Service and delivery excellent.

Excellent service from start to finish couldn’t recommend more. Bed was delivered weeks before I expected too, communication was great letting us know exactly when would be delivered.

Excellent value for money , paid £50 deposit and balance on delivery. They contacted me the day before delivery and on the day of delivery within the hour . Would highly recommend.

Fast and easy delivery. Right from choosing the sample material to the 10-14 day delivery. Will be using again for my daughters new bed. 10/10

Excellent communication and quick delivery

I didnt receive the bed i had ordered but instead got a replica version. Contacted them by phone and managed to get through just once to explain to them. After the first call, i called but no answer after trying numerous of times. Emailed them for an update, just got a response to say they are dealing with it but it has been over two weeks now, i still don't know whether a replacement bed is being sent to me or not.
I recieved a call a week later and was told that afterall, they will replace the headboard and the footboard. I am now waiting for it ,hope it's all good when it arrives.
The bed had arrived within two weeks as promised. I absolutely love it (better than the original picture of the bed advertised ), although it looks a little different from the original bed.

The bed arrived on time, it was well packaged and easy to put together. The quality was as good and matched our expectations; we are very pleased with the bed.

Beautiful bed. The bed is extremely well made and looks better than the photos. Packaged well and Put together within 5/10 minutes. Would recommend to family and friends.
