Very rude person called Jo appears to be a loft insulation scam.

Unfortunately it seems scammers are using this Company's telecommunications services to send out illegal robo calls. I don't know if this company is illegitimate, so I've given them a neutral score of 3. Perhaps this company should take a more proactive stance in screening out criminal use of their services, as their Trustpilot Score is soo low?

Regularly receive calls from 'Jo' our "local energy advisor". We did have them around once for a quote, hard sell given my Martin who didn't want to leave.
Products may be ok, but are always expensive ?

Robot woman on the phone! Rang me from 02080728130... I thought I was speaking to a real person as she sounded so real... Then I realised all the answers were computerised!

Freaky, weird, AI - invading our homes!

Constant calls from a woman called Jo (02080728119 via TAP GATEWAY LTD.) Apparently my "local energy advisor" which is a load of rubbish as she has been cold calling for at least two years now. I'm not stupid or senile and if I want "energy advice" I will seek it from a reputable company. These cold callers are dangerous for the elderly and vulnerable and IT SHOULD BE STOPPED. I am sick to death of hearing from this bl***y woman!! It causes much stress and anxiety!! There needs to be a law in place to protect the public from these incessant and distressing calls!!

Call from a number supplied by TAP Gateway Ltd. They say they are my local energy adviser but when I ask the name of the company, they hang up. TAP Gateway Ltd must take responsibility for this mess. Think, we have no idea who called us and get very upset by these scam calls. Some may have parted with some hard earned money. Get a grip, TAP Gateway!!!

Stop using Multi Dial Software and make sure that it has TPS information on it. If I actually get to speak to somebody I will follow through with the TPS Prosecution!

Just had a phone call from this company 02080728076 loft insulation scam.

02080728075 called and rang off before I could answer. TAP need to do better but being a virtual number provider I doubt it.

Another phone call from Jo who regularly forgets my number is TPS registered. About four times I have spoken to her now. Put phone down as soon as she realised I was not going to give her any information.

Scammers, registered with tps but still these idiots are getting through. Wouldn't mind if they told me who they wanted to speak with or who they are before hanging up AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Spam calling me from their number. It's a nuisance why don't companies house do something about these idiots.

It's about time the government fined each of these VOIP based companies every single time they facilitate this criminal activity. I'm sure TAP Gateway would immediately stop giving numbers out easily to these scammers!

tap gateway are providing a level of legitamacy to scammers who buy numbers from this company, they use this level of legitamacy to bypass TPS regulations. there needs to be better scrutany and easier system for public to report abuse of the use of tap gateway services which I am sure is used very effectively by many GOOD HONEST people but is also used by scammers who use a BOT to extract information if you answer them with an question like what company do you represent or please dont ring again the BOT can't cope and hangs up, they then call again and again and again. PLEASE TAP GATEWAY VET your customers and give the public a method to report abuse of your systems by scammers hiding behind YOU, 02038966233, 02038966234, 02038966235, 02038966236,02038966237, 02038960210, 02038960211, 02038960212, 02038960214. are just a few numbers involved

This company seem to be responsible for almost all of the scam calls I receive about home insulation and home improvements. They should be investigated, and prosecuted in my opinion.
