Fake numbers used by scumsters
Yet another VoIP fake number that this telecom business appears complicit to carry across its network into the homes of the vulnerable in our society, so a lock of moral compass at the expense of victims of fraud &/or identity theft. Shame on the Directors and their employees, imo.
They keep phoning
They keep phoning, even though we are on TPS, when I asked them to let me speak, she put the phone down, no sorry.

Scam call .. beware .. from 0203 986 0062
I had a scam call today similar to the one reported on 16 Sept 24. I agree with the reviewer. I believe that TAP Gateway’s reply is incorrect. If this is a customer of TAP Gateway, the customer breaches the TPS rules and misleads and I hope that this number is removed. Apparently my house is on a register of properties with inadequate loft insulation. I asked the caller Chris to confirm my address and he hung up saying have a nice day. I don’t have a loft. This number has been reported many times on Who Called Me.
Don't get scammed
Phoned by these people who say the insulation on my house is out of date......... This is done over numerous phone calls from differing but similar phone numbers and without visiting the property!! Obvious a scam...
Report them to the ICO as they don't know what the TPS is.......... As you can see by the reply, this company supply phone numbers to all and sundry... But don't seem to have any control over what they do. This did not appear to be a legitimate energy company that has phoned my number (registered with the TPS) from very similar phone numbers (last four numbers are different). And when one is blocked they call from a similar number. And to me and others it does seem a scam as they do not know the level of insulation my house has..... Cold calling marketing still means that they should not call telephone numbers registered with the TPS.... Look it up and see how the ICO treats such companies.... Big fines for non-compliance for a start.........
updated 24/03/2025 So how come these people who you say are providing a legitimate service do not comply with the TPS?? Also so many people have reported them you need to really check who you rent these phone lines to..
