I would like to report an issue regarding my purchase related to *Ready or Not* on Steam.
My support ticket has been left unanswered for a long time, even though I can see that the support team appears to be active. In addition, the seller is also not responding to my messages, which makes it impossible to resolve the issue.
At this point, it appears that I may have been scammed, as there has been no communication or resolution from either side.
The lack of any response is very concerning and gives the impression that my case is being ignored. I kindly request urgent attention to this matter, as well as clarification on the situation and information about the next steps (refund or resolution of access to the product).
I have not even received any login credentials.
If I receive a refund, I will consider this matter as if it never happened.

The delay you are experiencing now is related to the payment provider (Google Pay), which may take several business days to complete the transaction. This is a standard banking process and not controlled by the platform or the seller.

The experience with this seller (GameUniverse)has been quite negative. The product description is not clear or transparent: at no point is it made obvious that this is a shared account with significant limitations (such as mandatory offline mode), which completely changes the value of the product.
Additionally, after the purchase, when reasonable concerns arise about what was bought, the seller simply hides behind the description and refuses to issue any refund, without offering a real solution or taking responsibility for the lack of clarity in the initial information.
In summary, poor transparency and no flexibility in customer support. Not recommended.

First of all. I bought an arma reforge key off of Difmark for half of what it is marked on steam. I just want to say that by far, this might of been the best experience i've had with a key website. my seller was someone called voodoo_gaming, and he provided me with a fast and easy process to get what i paid for.
