Payment 1 timed out, sent me back to payment screen and didn't show in my account for 24 hours. I bought a second time thinking the first failed, the second time worked instantly reinforcing my theory. Seller does not respond and support is refusing to refund an unrevealed duplicate key caused by their own system's delay.
