Amazing Service! We received a Vinyl that was damaged by the post service and although it was a limited and quickly sold out, Diggers Factory (and Henning in specific) managed it in a week to send me a new one. In general, Diggers factory offers amazing vinyls and service!!!

Very quick and easy purchase. Vinyl came with a small split seem on top (not their fault) and I was instantly compensated correctly once I let them know. Will definitely order here again!

Ordered a vinyl from diggers factory in February. It’s now July and still haven’t received anything. Then, 4 days ago they cancelled my order without even an explanation. I contacted their customer service for an explanation and they haven’t even bothered to respond. Horrendous site. Won’t ever order from here again. Avoid at all costs. There is a reason over 55% of their reviews are 1 star.

Pierre from Diggers Factory was able to quickly assist with a shipping issue. I received my item in a super timely time too even despite of the error!

Put my order in months ago. Nothing arrived. I heard nothing so contacted them. They told me the package had been returned. They resent it, minus one product which they now had sold out of, which they refunded me for. I have just received an e-mail from customs saying that the package arrived not from the EU (France) but from the US with a false statement on it stating that each item is worth 1 USD (to avoid paying tax). Do not use this company. I still don't have the product and am 150 euros down. I have written to them and will wait to see if they refund me.

I placed my order on March 24th for my partner's birthday without looking at the deplorable truspilot reviews (although I should have!). I only discovered them afterwards, when of course I too had problems with my order never arriving (it's April 23 and I've still got nothing).
They lie about the shipping information so that your order is considered "waiting to be processed" by their shipping department when they don't send the order to be shipped (which I don't think is ever ready in the time they promise).
And yet I didn't buy a pre-order, it was a vinyl that they were supposed to have in stock and in their warehouse.
In short, absolutely flee if you don't want to be bounced between different inefficient customer services.
It's April 23 and my order still hasn't arrived. Never order from this site, especially not for a birthday - it's bound to be a failure and you'll be wasting your money for nothing.

I've ordered from Digger's Factory multiple times over the past few years (some preorders, some shipping immediately) and a majority of the time, it has been a completely smooth transaction. The few times that I had a hiccup (such as the system defaulting to my old address when I attempted to change to my new one), the customer support was prompt, helpful, and effective. (Thank you to Pierre!)

Can't recommend these guys enough. Great service as a whole!

The perfect online purchase experience and top notch product quality. Pre-order / crowdfund based business model, so there is some wait between the order and the delivery but it is totally worth the wait. High quality pressings, wide selection of titles released, very friendly customer service, I can't recommend this company enough!

AVOID! Yet another company with very little customer service, although they take your money quick enough I wish i'd checked Trustpilot first as I usually do but excited about a Vinyl bundle inc Vinyl, CD & Book, I just purchased. I kept getting emails saying "Shipping soon" but nothing was actually happening. Then "there's a production issue" email, then eventually back to "Shipping soon. As it was a Christmas gift, when we got into December I asked if it would be arriving in time but nobody responded, I asked on social media too and although they were posting nobody responded to my question. Come january 2024 got another "Shipping soon" I contacted again to say either it shipped within 7days or I wanted a refund. An agent emailed and said they would have to get in touch with another team and ask what was happening and if it was going to be shipped, if not she'd refund. I waited but nobody came back to me over a week later, so I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute, suddenly got an email (instead of responding via Payal as you're supposed to do) by another agent saying she'd managed to get hold of two of the items which should be shipped in 48hrs and then I'd just be waiting on one. Thank goodness I'd used Paypal, they were brilliant and within hours of me opening the dispute they closed it and found in my favour and gave me the money back. Diggers factory are an awful outfit that I wouldn't purchase from again or recommend in any way shape or form

The recording quality is pretty rough. Some parts sound overdriven, resulting in a "scratchy" sound on loud or high pitch notes.
Also, warning to all- I've cleaned the record numerous time. There's a fine powder... or something... that after a few minutes, my stylus is COVERED in. I'll stop, clean it, clean the record, and it happens again after a track or two. Whatever it is, it's embedded into the grooves so a simple cleaning with record cleaner can't get it out.

In November 2023, I ordered the Harry Potter box set from Diggers. While it arrived promptly, my anticipation quickly turned to disappointment. Both discs 1 and 4 were severely warped, mirroring issues others had reported on Discogs. I promptly contacted Diggers, and to their credit, they quickly requested a video and shipped out a replacement set after confirming the damage. Unfortunately, history repeated itself - the second set also boasted these same warped discs.

I reached out again, sending another video and patiently awaiting a resolution. But after weeks of radio silence, emails falling into a void, and the chat function mysteriously vanishing from their website, my initial optimism vanished.

While the recorded performances themselves were fantastic and the price tag great, Diggers' repeated failures in quality control and their dismal communication after the initial response have seriously soured my experience. It's truly a shame, as they offer some fantastic records and artists. I recommend that they invest in better quality control and customer support to avoid tarnishing future customer experiences. Until then, I can't recommend Diggers.

Took about just under a year to receive my order. Made multiple inquiries about expected shipping date and every time they told me it was expected in the coming months but never showed. I understand the production process for vinyl has been difficult worldwide but to lie to your customers is unacceptable and I'll never be ordering from them again. Ordered a total of 3 lps from them and every one arrived much later than the expected delivery date. Record quality is OK on two of them but one sounds very flat. Pretty expensive too.
