I recently needed assistance with a DigiCert certificate issue and had the pleasure of working with Mario on the support team.

As a Network Systems Administrator for a K-12 school district, I work with technical support from many vendors, so I have a good basis for comparison. Mario provided one of the best support experiences I've had in a long time.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the entire session. More importantly, he didn't just tell me what to do—he explained what we were seeing and why each step mattered. By the end of the session, not only was my issue resolved, but I also had a much better understanding of the underlying technology.

Kudos to Bernice. Great job and quick assistance

I received an email requesting to verify my personal identity and a link with a validation code was included that didn't work. I contacted support via chat and the agent Bernice investigated and found the root cause and solution.

For renewing certificate, the supplier delayed the process of renewal. Did email verification, but the supplier had to wait for telephone call even if it wasn't required at that them. I contacted DigiCert support and the agent,Mr, Bernice checked and found it was already issued with an email verification. Notified the same with supplier and they found it issued already. If I hadn't contacted the validation support team, I would have to wait for another three more days for call and our applications would have been affected.
Appreciated the support and info from Mr. Bernice 5 Stars.

I have overall great experience with DigiCert - our company has around 200 SSL certificates.
Recently there was a small issue with the verification of the last one but thanks to DigiCert representative Maria Sabio it was solved quickly.
