i am a seller in digikala in iran. they are big scamer in iran . they pay 0 tomans each priod to pay of my money an after I speak to them only answer you have debt on before.but they can not show me details of my debt any time

the worst purchase always happen when I use Digikala, the only convenience is you don't need to go out to look for product you want but usually you will get the worst product.
Even once I got medical ankle brace for my mom. after I received the product from digikala, I didn't open the box and wait for my mom to come back from a trip and then when we open the box together I saw something irrelevant to the product I bought, funny huh. I called their support team and they said we only have 7 days returned and now it's day 9 that you calling. it was ridiculous cause that wasn't the one I bought which they use completely different picture and information on their website, that's a fraud sort of. I just hanged up the phone cause it was waste time to keep talking to them also waste of money... also that's not my first bad experience with digikala, never gonna buy from digikala ever...

They sent the product earlier than I had selected in the shipping schedule.
And if you are not at home, they return it and falsely write on the site that you returned it because the product was inconsistent with the information on the site. This is while my product has not reached me in any way. On the other hand, you have no way to access support on the site. And when you call, you have to wait about a quarter of an hour to be connected to the administrator. In the end, she also speaks very politely because the phone is on a recording, but she does not actually do anything for you.

Fake Black Friday - the worst company I have ever seen.

This site uses deceptive advertising on Black Friday to attract customers. By offering high and unrealistic discounts, it leads the audience to the purchase page of goods, while the highly discounted goods are practically non-existent. The site's management and support team are not responsible for this issue.

They care only for SEO. They're running a Black Friday event with daily timers. When the timer activates, they obstruct purchases by:
- Hiding discounted products
- Showing server errors on the sale page only
- Triggering server errors during payment after any user action
- Forcing users to be logged out
- Canceling completed orders with “out of stock” as the reason

Scam sellers can put fake brand logos on Chinese products and sell them on Digikala. Digikala won't consider this a fake sale and will not accept returns for counterfeit products. Stay away from this shop.

What the hell is wrong with this business? Why would they even open a comment section for the customer and delete their honest opinion? Very awful for a name that customers write such complain in another website. Used to be good, obviously those who are running it now are bunch of idiots

Apart from the fact that they sent my order whenever they wanted and the delivery person was very rude, they didn't send some of my order items at all and still charged me for that. No matter how much I protested, it didn't go anywhere, and not only did they not take any responsibility for it, but they also reacted with utmost insolence. If you're looking to waste your money and time and calling for headaches, don't hesitate to buy from Digikala.

Digikala was an Iranian electronic and digital product online store from 2005 to 2015. It was a five star online store until 2015. they sold goods and if was defective they accepted returns. That is why they gained trust. But after 2015 it turned into a Marketplace where online scammers can sell fake products and digikala staff with low IQ do nothing about it and do not accept any returns. It is still using good programmers so I strongly recommend that do not be fooled by Website GUI. The management is now terrible and it is a scam website now. Just consider it a dead website since 2016.

My order got delayed, and after several days i cant even cancel it, worst online shop of all time.

The worst support staff who repeat useless lines robotically. The messengers are rude, lazy, and can even be dangerous. The management is unavailable. So when you have a problem with your purchase then good luck getting it resolved, unless you are willing to waste your time day after day...
