Unprofessional, rod customer service, never able to deliver online and after a week that I didn’t get the device that I bought I had to spend 2 hours to chat with them after more that 15 times that they hangup the chat to get my money back,
Headache don’t trust them.

Just pay and wait. You MAY receive what you ordered or you are refunded a less amount with no justification.
Rude, unprofessional after-sales people , and unclear payment details for the customer to prove his point.

Great UI/UX, Search system, Delivery, and return mechanism and policies.
But when it comes to supporting departments and human decisions, It is considered inferior service.
They should work more on their support guys.

Unresponsive, rude, and unprofessional customer service. Always fails to deliver on time, many excuses, and many items are fake and even second-hand. AVOID!

I ordered a coffee maker which I was supposed to get in 4 days according to the expected delivery date. However, I didn't received my order in weeks!!!!
I called Digikala customer service many times, they could not be any more irresponsible and rude to me. Finally, I got my money back with many many calls in 40 days!!!!!
Please do yourself a favor and never trust them.

They are great for years, but now as changing they way to become a marketplace, i experienced some problems by the suppliers of digikala.but the support team was great and solved my problem

i love buying from digikala. whenever i'm depressed i can find something that can chear me up in here. fast and secure and percise delivery + good behaviour of support and delivery team makes digikala unique.

Two months ago, I returned a fake device. They confirmed that the product was in trouble and took it from me, but they still did not give me any money. I called the support, but they got ridiculous reasons for not paying.

I ordered a mobile phone for 7 million Tomans, and I was supposed to receive it 3 days later. After 4 days, the phone was not sent to me, after contacting them, they told me that they would coordinate for sending in another 48 hours! I also canceled the order and my money was returned to my account 48 hours later. My money was in their account for about 6 days, and that means profit for them and loss for me (I wasted time)

as a seller they're not provide good process especially with forcing to use some specific label and payments are not fast.

They were good before, but not they sell old cheap goods in a high expensive price.

Proper packaging and shipping, but some digital goods are not of good quality.

The variety of goods is really wonderful, just a weak is that its prices are mostly around 10% higher than others.

late delivery, high costs, totally I wont recommend it except for necessary situation.
