Having trawled Amazon and Ebay for digital mini scales I found lots of identical looking products at vastly differing prices and very mixed reviews. I decided to go with this British company as they had a better curated selection and were offering a 3 year guarantee. Very polite and pleasant to deal with. So far the product seems good and accurate as far as I can tell.

I ordered a scale, but due to an issue caused by Royal Mail it was going to arrive late. Mark promptly sent out a replacement via a 24 hr tracked service so that it would arrive the next day.

Fantastic service and great pricing
Fantastic service from Mark and the team - caller at just gone 2pm to see if we had a chance of getting something next day due to an issue with our current scales. Order was sorted and dispatched within the hour, and less than 24 hours later we have new scales in our bakery ! Prices are extremely competitive too - would highly recommend

The scales were well packaged and delivered very quickly. I was also kept informed of the delivery date/time.
As other reviewers have mentioned, apart from the weighing top which is made of stainless steel, the rest of the case is made from a hard plastic so it feels a little cheap. I suppose at this price-point that is to be expected. Otherwise, they appear to be of good quality and I'll wait to see how well they last.
