Stay away from them
I bought a game with them then i received a txt file wich was empty... so i ask them for some help but was no respond and i could see they reading my messages so i gave up and left here a negative comment after that maybe couple of hours they start to write to me they handled the problem (just because a negative comment) and ask me to change my review which i deleted as my problem was solved, days later was a new update so their method doesn't work anymore. They made a new method which has only italian explanation when they are selling worldwide. So contacted them asking support or english explanation but again they are refused to respond, that was more than 2 week ago. They are stating on their site that "they are with you from the beggining till the end" which is lie!
Don't bother to buy from them they are taking your money but after just ignoring you and not able to play anything. I feel scamed as i haven't received what i piad for.
Also i have send to trustpilot the evidence of the purchase because i see they try to deny it. I wish to post it here too but i can't.
