Great Support and Professional Service

I saw all people here had reviews after 2023.....does anyone know they got burst in 2021 and went into administration. People including me, lost 90% of money. Remaining 10% was promised to be returned but not yet....be careful guys....

I had a problem with tokens I transferred and which did not arrive. The 1st thing that I really appreciated is having a live person (Christian) to talk to when I needed help, rather than talking to a bot that that keeps circling back and getting nowhere. Additionally, I really appreciated his care, commitment and patience to support me through to resolving my issue. This speaks to the integrity and commitment of the people at DS. I observed the same integrity in their dealing with the administration following on from the FTX saga. That kind of integrity doesn't grow on trees. I am very pleased that I chose to stay with Digital Surge.

An older aged "newby" having a go at Crypto
Having started my working career as a bank officer almost 60 years ago I have always had a sense of financial security. I find now as a pensioner, following the last half of my working life as self-employed, I had a need to improve my financial security. I looked at investing in Crypto Currency as a possibility. I was somewhat daunted by it all so I looked for a starting point and after a little research I decided to create an account with Digital Surge and get started. I found it relatively straight forward to understand the basics, but there was a lot to learn. Many times I have been uncertain about what I was doing. Because there is so much potential to make costly decisions, I started to use the chat and email support service. All I need to say is the contact I had with Johnny was awesome, he not only answered my questions (which were probably a little mundane and vague) but offered additional relevant information which helped me a lot. During the past 4 months I have gained much confidence and combined with my own research into the crypto market I am now surprised at what I am achieving in a broader sense all because of my introduction via Digital Surge.

My favourite crypto exchange, great for beginners and they have excellent customer service
This is my favourite platform. Unlike other platform that takes days to reply. Most of the time they have a real life person and sometimes even their boss answers your questions, in real time. It's a super easy platform and great for computer illiterates like myself. Each crypto has articles so you can read what you are buying and eg why that crypto is dropping in price. The prices there are reasonable compared to others. When you send AUD its instant, You can also set price alerts. You can also set up smsf with them. They are audited twice yearly and after the FTX debacle, they've learnt from it and I think they have become a stronger, better and more transparent company. Highly recommend this company.

I have contact them and i have all screenshots and screen recording before i write a review here they are ignored my support ticket for long time
I have tried to contact true telegram group they have, but they deleted my message in telegram and blocked me
if everything is clear why the did this to me
My account never had transaction from bank or crypto deposit i have proof
I have active balance from my referral code but they are greedy to share that money with me
After i wrote my first review here they responded immediately to my tickets and asked me to delet my review. you can see the power of truspilot
they told me some bulshitt about fraud and something like but the main things is i have never made any deposit to account to be fraud or not
I hope this review help people to avoid losing their money

I’m 58 years old and new to trading crypto. The Digital Surge team have made the setting up of a personal and SMSF accounts easy. Best Customer Service of any platform I've used
Wow! after the appalling customer service of Independent Reserve, what a relief to know there actually is an exchange that provides great customer service. They have live chat😄 on weekdays. (beware many companies claim they have live chat but this is actually not the case). They even called me up as a new customer to see how I was settling in and if I had any questions. This has never happened at any other crypto exchange or financial institution. Trading fees are fair at 0.5% and platform runs seemlessly. All my trades were executed promptly and withdrawals to my self custody wallet were prompt and without hiccup. I've only been a customer for a couple of weeks but have made many transactions. Keep up the great work guys!
