Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion this situation caused.

To clarify, we had not received any direct support request or email regarding this issue prior to the review, otherwise we would have assisted you immediately.

Regarding your concern: AutoCAD LT 2026 does not expire after 30 days when properly activated. The message you’re seeing is Autodesk’s standard trial mode, which appears when the software is not signed in to the Autodesk account that holds the license.

Your order was processed correctly, and the license is valid. Activation does not require a serial key — instead, Autodesk links the license to the email address used at checkout.

Once you sign in inside AutoCAD using that same Autodesk account, the software automatically detects the license and removes the trial notice.

We have now contacted you by email with clear activation steps and are more than happy to assist until everything is fully resolved.

For full transparency, we would like to add the following update.

Since our initial response, we have contacted the customer multiple times by email with clear, step-by-step activation instructions and offers of direct assistance. Unfortunately, we have not received any response to any of our messages.

To clarify once again:
• The product delivered is AutoCAD LT 2026, exactly as ordered
• The license is valid and permanent, not limited to 30 days
• The “30-day” message shown is Autodesk’s trial mode, which appears only when the software is not signed in to the Autodesk account that holds the license
• Activation requires signing in with the same email address used at checkout, not a serial key

We remain fully available to resolve this immediately once the customer responds. Support on our side has been active, documented, and ongoing.
