Like others have stated before getting my money, they were attentive. After getting their payment, their attentiveness left a lot to be desired. To be fair, an employee was ill, but I took that into account when waiting for responses and writing this review. I am an understanding person and was told I was "on the radar" when weeks were going by with no communication.

I got not a single dollar from the insurance company. Complete denial after what I consider extremely poor communication with Petty details.

At one point, having politely asked to get some responses within a week, I was told they couldn't "magically" make things happen.

I'll leave it up to the reader to take my attempt at fairness into account.

Definitely ok at initial purchase of the service , but if follow-up is needed or important to you, I'd look elsewhere.

It isn't their fault I got a complete denial, but they were less than stellar even when considering allowing for a sick employee once the going got tough.

Within minutes you know this man knows this business. The vast amount of genuine knowledge and experience oozes from the telephone. I’ve never experienced a phone call quite like I did today. I guarantee you will agree with this review. I’m making absolutely no personal gain by writing this except doing a good deed to others who may be in a dire situation like myself. Thank you Justin.

This company is amazing! They explained the whole process of filing a diminished value claim, told us the expectations and how they could and would help through the whole process. And, they followed through with understanding, professionalism and expertise. We were paid the entire amount we requested from the appraisal that Justin Petty did for us. Petty Details is invaluable if you have a 3rd party auto or RV claim.

Petty Details helped me raise more than 2000USD on my car appraisal when fighting with CCC appraisal report. They are professional and you don't need do anything after choosing and trusting them.

I hesitated before pursuing the appraisal clause at all; I was worried about the potential cost, risk, time, etc. Petty turned out to be a great decision and a great partner.

So easy to work with - simple and low cost! If you have a total loss settlement then my guess is you would be much better off financially by engaging Petty on your behalf... they helped me gain an additional $3,050 (in excess of my previous personal negotiations with the insurance co.).

If you’ve never had your automobile stolen, then you may not understand how much we appreciated Petty Details coming to our rescue. We were being offered a settlement by our insurer which our research indicated to be far below replacement cost. We were at a loss to know what to do until we called and talked to Justin. From that moment on, the Petty’s took over all communications with our carrier and they negotiated the fair and equitable settlement that we originally sought. Auto insurance is like health insurance. You need an advocate on your side. The good people at Petty Details were a godsend as I struggled with settling a claim for a total loss. Their advice was eye opening and positioned me well to negotiate the best possible outcome with the least hassle. Great job Petty Details!

My auto was a total loss. The adjuster for one of the largest insurer used an appraisal from CCC which was ridiculously low. I contacted Petty Details and invoked the appraisal clause. Bottom line with their help I received $3500 more in my settlement. Highly recommend their services!

Petty details did a awesome job for me. They where easy to deal with and very informative. I was skeptical about invoking the appraisal clause but what was there to lose. I ran into trouble when an unlicensed driver ran into my car in a work truck that was insured by the same company I was insured with. The insurance company was quick to label my car as a totaled vehicle and were trying to force me to give up my title and relinquish my car. A friend of mine referred me to Petty Details LLC and they stepped in and went to bat for me. We invoked the Appraisal Clause and the value of my car went from a rock bottom, ridiculous salvage price of $3200 to the true value of $7000. All I can say is job well done! I never even knew this service was an option but now I'm telling everyone I know.

Great people! The Petty Details team took the time to understand what we needed and then explain their services and what actions to take. They took the time to email us and speak to us over the phone several times to make sure we were okay with everything we were doing. Upon their recommendation, and with their help, we moved forward on our own and received exactly what we hoped for with our claim.

My wife and I are the type of people that take fault for everything, even when it is not our fault, at all. This accident was not our fault. Filing a claim and "going after" the insurance company did not make us feel good. Petty Details walked us through this concern and helped us to understand that it is the responsibility of the insurance company. Petty Details is not "out to get" the insurance company, but accountability for what is right.
