I have not received the bed yet. As the bed we ordered has 6 weeks lead time. But I can address customer service. Walter, our salesrep, went far beyond the call of duty. Very please with his performance and hope we feel the same way when we get the bed

Hello, Kudos to Walter T and another lady (Kate maybe?) who helped complete a purchase for me late on a Sunday by chat, text, email, and phone. Both were professional, extra helpful, and patient as I was also on the road (not driving). I had a great experience and they provided outstanding pricing.

Walter has been a great assistance in placing the order of the bedroom furniture I was interested in. He answered all my questions and helped make a decision.

This company is a nightmare. I ordered 2 dressers and still did not receive after 2 months. They had no problem charging my card though. So I paid interest on furniture I never got. Had to practically beg to get my money back. Gave me a different excuse every time I called. Ridiculous! I re ordered same items from other company and took delivery with 10 days. So very disappointed.

I am trying to receive confirmation of cancelation of my order and I have had no response. Person who answered said it would take up to 5 days to receive an email saying my order was canceled! Why would it take 5 days to simply send an email confirming my cancelation!

Delivery was flawless and the people were so personable. We always got updates on the status of our order so there was no confusion. Thx again!
