I needed to buy a new dining table set

I needed to buy a new dining table set, and it is so hard to find a set of all wood with no upholstery (because we have cats). I called to verify availability of a set I liked, and ask questions, and Greg Sharma was extremely helpful. It turned out that the chairs and bench were available, but the table is out of stock. Greg was able to place these in two separate orders so I could get the chairs in time for house guests, since my chairs are all cracking. I can wait on the table, but not the chairs. Greg called the distributor on the west coast to make sure I could get my chairs in time, and even called me back to place the order personally. He made the whole process easy, and helped me when I was getting frustrated from looking for a set with no upholstery that I liked, for hours and days.

Not Happy

"To good to be true. Yes the prices are good. I was so happy to find these prices that I hurried up and ordered 3k worth of bar furniture. Then sometime in the middle of the night I just got worried. I woke up and started doing research on the company itself. I only found 5 star or 1 star reviews (what’s up with that). Anyhow it was enough to convince me to cancel my order, since my email said I had 24 hours. But before I contacted the company, I contacted my bank and did a stop payment (I was stupid enough to do a payment out of my checking account to get the extra $150 discount. Then I reached out to the company via email and phone call, to cancel my order. I thought I was done. WRONG! I did all of this before 9am EST. I received a phone call later in the day, trying to pressure me to reconsider my purchase. I stood firm and said no. Then the next day I received a note from my bank that they (my bank) had to refuse payment based on my request for stop payment. This company still tried to get payment for an order that I by phone and writing cancelled within my 24 hour window. So if you are considering a purchase from these people, don’t. I went to Wayfair and purchased what I wanted, at least I know I will get the furniture and they have good customer service. And I’m getting my products within two weeks. This other company said it would be 8-10 weeks delivery. By the way the products are the same. Just more expensive, but I know I will have my furniture, so it will be worth it."

Buyer BEWARE!! Delivered damaged item and trying to charge me

Buyer BEWARE!!
Purchased a buffet in Sept 2021. Paid $100 foe the white glove service where the item gets inspected then set up at your home. Was told the time would be ready in Nov but wasn’t ready for delivery until Dec 2021. 3 days before Christmas scheduled to have the time delivered . When the delivery guys showed up they said after opening up the packaging the item is damaged and wouldn’t bring it inside. I had to contact diningroomoutlet over 15 times and kept being told that Isabel or a manager would call me back. I even had 3 scheduled calls to discuss the matter and the customer service manager would never call. Finally spoke to Isabel over 3 weeks later and said that the replacement item wouldn’t be available until November 2022! I said refund me ASAP. Now I get an email that they want to charge me 30 percent restock fee for an item that I never even saw and was never even taken out of the delivery truck!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!! Do not buy from them!!!

Purchased AICO Bed

Purchased in mid-November. They charged $1 per pd for delivery to New Hampshire but ok. Initially all was great....Received weekly updates on order status. On 12/15 was notified that my delivery was scheduled for 12/20. 12/17 they advised that items arrived damaged and they were cancelling the 12/20 delivery and would advise of next steps in 3 business days. Did not get any updates from Emma Mason other than they would let me know when they heard from manufacturer. On 1/6 the delivery company called and said they would be delivering my bed on 1/10. When I asked for an earlier daytime delivery or reschedule as I had a work conflict, they stated that I would then have to wait 6-8 weeks till next time they are in area for delivery. I rearranged my schedule, threw away old bed and expected delivery on 1/10. Instead freight company delivered a box of metal slabs for the bed and had no other details where the rest of my bed was. When I contacted Emma Mason and requested someone contact me asap to discuss I was told someone would get back to me when available. Haven't heard anything. Now they have my money, my ridiculous delivery fee, and I have no bed to sleep on, and no response from Emma Mason not to mention over $2k. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is cause it started out to be a positive buying experience.

We have never bought something so expensive before without seeing it in person Adrian was very helpful and reassured us that we were making a good decision. He was very kind and thoughtful. He makes a good Impression that reflects well on your customer service thanks

Ordered Steve Silver dining set

I ordered a Steve Silver dining set and believe me it was best priced. And they do whiteglove delivery too!!! This was a huge win for me. Also, there was customer support with real people. SYDNEY was very helpful and patient with all my questions. If you need to speak to anyone ask for SYDNEY. She is best. Thanking again.
Hoping to do more purchases are we are planning for additional setups!!!
