Ordered from wowcher 2 drawer divan with headboard and memory mattress, the pictured bed advertised is not what I got!
What an absolute crock, divan base was the smallest height I’ve ever seen. The mattress was supposed to be a memory mattress and orthopaedic ha what a joke, sat on it and it was as flat as a pancake. Emailed the conpany with pictures to say they had sent the wrong one and I was told there was no fault with the bed. Dining tables you should be ashamed of yourselves deceiving people out of their hard earned money, to sell substandard worthless items and have the and then have the audacity to charge £39.99 for delivery. Also shame on Wowcher for not vetting the companies whom you deal with. I feel a trading standards report in your future. You chose the wrong person to mess with!

Haven’t received bed and can’t contact anyone to find out why!!

I bought a king size divan bed from wowcher which was sent by dinning tables. Co.uk last July the mattress was supposed to be orthopaedic and memory foam it is a nothing like it is described a very cheap mattress and bed the springs are sticking in us both I have contacted through email as there are no phone numbers and no response at all this company is a scam selling products through wowcher under false pretences never buy through wowcher or them wowcher haven't bothered to get back to me when I contacted them last July further update done some research as they traded as furniture italia they are also linked with beds .co.uk I phoned these people and gave me an email report came back stating they rejected my email due to the complaint made do not use these people truly are scammers go with genuine well known companies

I wish I had read the reviews before I went ahead and bought a bed from these cowboys through Wowcher.
It is meant to be a memory foam mattress, which it is not.
The delivery men dumped it in the hall, saying they cannot take the item upstairs, despite paying £39.99 for delivery.
I have tried to contact the sales team to arrange for it to be returned but I have had no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced, they dont answer your questions, they pass you from department to department or ask you to pay more to get what you originally ordered in the first place!!
Quality of bed frame and mattress was terrible, looks nothing like the picture advertised
Its finally resolved but only when I have to pay £50 to get the items returned via collection, I still probably have a long way to go to get a refund, and Wowcher are no help at all.
Do not use this company if you value your sanity!

Purchased a mattress through Wowcher and realized immediately that I had ordered the wrong size. Sent an email asking for either order cancellation or upgrade ( which I would happily pay of course) to the size up. What a nightmare to find the correct phone number, and emails bouncing back. Finally got an email with a delivery date so took a chance to reply with my initial concerns which obviously everybody ignored (both the person on the email as well as the person on the phone which specifically said everything was sorted ) because today I got the delivery of the "wrong" item.
I can't imagine the nightmare from now trying to get this collected and refunded.

Pity I can’t give a zero stars rating! Purchased a mattress via Wowcher May 23 and the internal structure has split. Told by customer services that the warranty is only 6 months for all goods including mattresses. I would expect a mattress to last more than 10 months and most reputable manufacturers have at least a 5 year warranty.

Don't normally leave reviews but this has been awful.

My girlfriend bought a mattress from this company a year or so ago via Wowcher. The mattress seemed fine at first but coming up to a year it started to deteriorate and developed a dip in it so now stops supporting us when we lie on it.

There was a warranty advertised as 2 years (most places seem to be more) but after sending photos demonstrating the dip (hard to do as it's white but still was clear in the photos) we ended up going in circles with their awful customer support team, who eventually tried to make us pay to return it.

Every time we spoke to them, a different and often ridiculous 'solution' was offered such as £10 refund, doubled to £20, before they eventually said they could exchange it if we paid a bit of money. We then checked when we could do this before they changed their messages yet again, saying they cannot help and we need to pay to return the faulty mattress.

We are now stuck in the situation of not being able to return the faulty item and also in pain every night because the mattress is so bad in the affected area it hurts to sleep on it (exacerbated by a bad hip for me).

Just absolutely shocked and disappointed at the different message every time, lack of empathy and aftercare.

Avoid at all costs...

Bought a small double divan bed set for my elderly father and when it arrived the mattress was not as described and very poor quality.
After emailing they said it was correct and there is no fault, but the mattress might vary in description, even though it it was not even close to what was described and what I thought I was buying.
Decided to return and get a refund, and was told that it would be £49 for collection, even though on the fine print the charge was £27.99. Finally they agreed to a £30 collection charge, which I paid and collection was scheduled for Monday, on Monday when I called they said that the driver could not collect but they would collect on Thursday between 7-11am, at 11am I called and was told that the driver would collect in 30mins. An hour and half later I was told that collection was not scheduled for today and only on Monday they would collect.
Seems that the transport company are the same and would strongly advise not to use

So glad I didn't read the reviews before I purchased the 2 draw double divan bed from wowcher / dining tables or I wouldn't have bothered. I received a first class service, the bed was delivered on time in good condition by a friendly driver. Not the strongest bed in the world but for the price I paid I'm more than happy.

Awful experience from this company and Wowcher . Wish I would havr read reviews before buying, now waiting on a refund.
Do not deliver within time stated on voucher unless you pay another £30 !!

it was the worst thing i did bed went the skips with mattress am sure they got it out of skip and delivery to us

I ordered a four drawer divan base with headboard and mattress through Wowcher, but only one half of the base was delivered. I’ve complained to Wowcher and Dining Tables, who did return with the same bottom half of the divan base but wanted the other one taking back. They seem to think I now have the full bed. I probably did if I was 3 feet tall! Wowcher continued deferring my complaints to Dining Tables who are not interested, even after sending photographic evidence via email. I wish I’d read the reviews before buying but now it is too late. Avoid this company at all cost, save your money and buy from a professional store instead. My Wowcher account is now deleted, never to be used again.

Ordered a divan bed through wowcher panicked because the reviews and when it’s turned up it’s really good and definitely worth the price you have no worries about the bed or mattress

Ordered a small double divan and mattress through Wowcher. Delivery was set at 29th but I called the company and they arranged for it to be delivered 2 weeks earlier. Most helpful and pleasant company to deal with, and my daughter is very pleased with her new bed.

Poor service still waiting for my beds and really worried that it will be pppr quality substandard beds as highlighted by most of the reviews given to this company by the majority of their customers .
Wowcher have scammed us by using such poor quality unreliable suppliers y
Will sue both if they deliver rubbish quality beds . I have lost all faith and trust in Wowcher and this company .
Nobody to speak with or contact to tell me my beds will be late .
Trading standards will be informed and a law suit against both companies

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE WOWCHER PICTURE. THEY USE A PICTURE OF A LOVELY LOOKING BED FROM THE INTERNET AND DELIVER SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THE BED FRAME WILL BE FLIMSY, MADE FROM THE CHEAPEST WOOD, BOUND TO BREAK WITHIN WEEKS AND THEN THE MATTRESS WILL BE NOTHING LIKE THE ONE IN THE PHOTO, IT WILL BE THE CHEAPEST POSSIBLE MATTRESS WITHOUT LABELS AND TAGS LOADS THINNER THAN THE ADVERTISED PHOTO.
IT WILL THEN BE IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE FROM WOWCHER AS THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICES. TRIED TO DO A RETURN BUT ALL YOU GET IS A RETURNS LABEL!! HOW DO YOU RETURN A DOUBLE DIVAN BED, HEADBOARD AND DOUBLE MATRESS WITHOUT COSTING A FORTUNE.
CONTACTING THIS COMPANY WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME, ALL THEY WILL SAY IS THAT THE CORRECT BED/MATTRESS WAS SENT AND THEY CAN ONLY UPGRADE THE MATTRESS FOR EXTRA MONEY. TOTAL SCAMMERS PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND STRESS AND AVOID. YES YOU MIGHT THINK YOUR GETTING A WOWCHER BARGAIN BUT YOU ARE REALLY NOT. TBF IT SAYS ON WOWCHER THAT THE PRODUCT MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM IMAGES BUT THEY VARY TO THE HIGHEST EXTREME.
COMPANIES WORKING LIKE THIS REALLY NEED TO BE STOPPED. THEY CONTINUE SCAMMIMG THE HARD WORKING HONEST MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

Company couldn't care less. Bed is not the right colour, and the mattress is half the thickness advertised. They refuse to admit they have made a mistake and will not collect free of charge.
They want extra money not to leave the delivery outside. Item is rubbish quality. The customer service team are completely incompetent. Avoid.

Bought memory foam orthopaedic mattress via wowcher, but as below charged us £30 delivery, when it did arrive and put on my bed it just a bog standard bed, it even had a what looked like a burn hole in the side. Was advertised as rrp£500. This is never worth that.
Wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Now have to buy another one as I have a back issue and can't sleep on this mattress
