Our disastrous Involvement with Dino Markets
in response to an inquiry about Cryptocurrency we were contacted by a Frank Nilsen. He told us he he was from DinoMarkets an award-winning cryptocurrency trader, that he was a registered broker, and that DinoMarkets was regulated by the FCA. When after succumbing to pressure to invest an initial £500 we were able to access the DinoMarket website we we became concerned when we could not find confirmation that DinoMarkets was regulated by the FCA. We did a search and became alarmed when we found an article by Forex which indicated DinoMarkets had a reputation as scammers. We immediately emailed DinoMarketscustomer support asking for a refund of our £500 in accordance with the law that allows a 14 day cooling off period. We have never received a refund, never been able to access our account to withdraw our funds as promised to us by a series of agents who subsequently contacted, Ross Mills, Bruce Webber, and Lukas Ramon who all in turn tried to pressurise us into investing in more money. Lukas Ramon in a last angry telephone call told us that in return for his hard work on our behalf we had to pay him £1500 commission in order to recover our £500 investment which never earned anything since we were never able to access our account. We never received a refund of our £500 to which we were entitled, according to Dinomarkets own refund policy which states in Terms and Conditions; “The client is entitled for a full refund on his unused funds, in case the client loose (sic) there is no refunds for this funds (sic) and the company will not be held responsible. in order to receive the refund the client needs to present with a full KYC documents. after having those documents we will process the request and the company will refund the funds to the same deposit method given by the client at first within 7 days excluding transfer fees.” It seems clear from this, that DinoMarkets is in breach of its own refund policy since we have been trying to obtain a refund on our initial deposit since the 7th May of 2021.DinoMarkets apparently have only been in operation since 17 March of 2021. The astonishingly large number of glowing reviews from happy customers posted on Trustpilot simply do not reflect our experience and arouse suspicions that they are fake and that DinoMarkets has been writing them itself. DinoMarkets describes itself as an ‘award-winning cryptocurrency trading hub’ It claims as follows: “We are a financial and asset management firm established with dedicated attitude and commitment to helping investors around the world …We work relentlessly to help these investors reach their goals” Our experience with DinoMarkets, like that of the many other investors who provided bad reviews, suggests that DinoMarkets works relentlessly to fleece as much money out of the unwary investors who fall for their scamming lies.
…DinoMarkets is a Scam
DinoMarkets.com. is a fraudulent company and they have scammed many of their clients. I would like to get in contact with any of these clients, as I have been scammed too. We need to get as many people as possible to act as a group. To put pressure on this evil company and also to encourage the banks and
other platforms to help us. We are much stronger as a group. I have recently been contacted by a lady who was pressured to get a loan ( as I was) and is now deep in dept. We must put a stop to this company and get our money back
My telephone number is 07711899472
Please do not hesitate to get in contact as this may be removed by Trust pilot very soon. They don't like us contacting each other
PURE EVIL
These disgusting people ruined my life to the point of being suicidal and admitted to hospital. They defrauded me out of my life savings. Money I was saving to help my disabled son to buy a home of his own. It was the same shameful scam as every other story on here and I stupidly fell for it. I lost a five figure sum that I invested, I watched it grow steadily and was very happy with things ( excited even! ) My son and I even started looking at properties for him to buy!
Then I had a call from John F Garcia, telling me it was time to cash in and withdraw my money, he said I would get a call from his manager to take me through the process. I then had a call from a Bella Jackson, the call started off well, but she then said I had to make a upfront payment of £16,540 to cover John F Garcias’ commission and Capital gains tax. I told her I didn’t have that kind of money and she became quite aggressive and told me I should take out a loan or borrow off family and friends! I got very upset and told her I wasn’t willing to do this. After several attempts to bully me into it she said she would call me the next day to see if I had sorted anything out. I immediately e.mailed John F Garcia and told him I wanted to speak to him urgently. He did ring me and I told him how upset I was, I actually cried my eyes out (as by then I knew I had been a absolute idiot and lost my sons legacy and had no idea how I was going to tell him.) He then told me not to worry and he would sort something out. The next day Bella Jackson called again and told me that John would forgo his commission and I only needed to pay £8400 to pay the CGT. I told her I could not pay it. She once again told me to borrow it! I knew then the conversation was pointless.
I look at my account now and again and it still says I have £165000 in there! Just useless numbers that are worth nothing.
I am now on medication for depression and anxiety.
I will never be able to help my son to buy his own home. He is unable to work because of his disabilities so won’t be able to do it on his own.
These terrible people knew my circumstances but still chose to steal from me!

Bunch of crooks and conmen
Remember this company “dinomarkets.com”. Crypto platform for Gemini and Binance Bunch of crooks, keep pushing and pushing for money. Invested £1210, kept asking for more, by that time had over £2250. Wanted me to borrow £10.000 from family and friends, when I refused my account was frozen, went down to £1757.93, on the 05.05.2021 asked them to cease trading and I wanted the remainder of my money back. Phone calls became threatening, told me they would burn my money. It is now in their “pending” withdrawal and I cannot contact them all phone numbers and address have altered. Watch out for John Fabio Garcia. Liar and a cheat. Contacted Action Fraud and my bank, got some money back still owe me the remainder £1757.93. Keep well away if you don’t want to loose your money. They will con you believe me. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Scam Dinomarkets & prey on vulnerable people.
Originally invested £250 (they could not take card payments or PayPal as their link was broken so had to wire funds) & was immediately contacted by my "Account manager" David Gilbert who explained how it all apparently worked & showed me the page to see my investment working. Then another chap called Chris Jacobs rang every few days to put pressure on me to invest more even though I explained this was short term to help pay my mothers nursing home fees. After a month she sadly died so I contacted them to say I needed to withdraw my original deposit & off it all went.
They cannot do that, I had to download various apps, which did not work as the account they show you is a fake page & you cannot send any links to an app. The phone calls continued to invest more. I contacted my bank who could not help due to the wire I had sent. Then another idiot rang to say I had to download another app & sell my bitcoin on there but still I cannot connect their account to that app so I am not only grieving for my mum but have lost my money & these scum are taking peoples money, on a fake page, saying people are blocking calls when we are not as all they do is call & act quite obnoxious or tell you to download useless apps. They should be on Watchdog. Evil.
The is a complete scam do not invest…
The is a complete scam do not invest any of your money
I invested into this and believed that it was real but the truth is they aren't at all. Trading looked positive by my account manager John F Garcia ( clearly not a real name) went well, then i decided to cash out of which they told me i had to pay to get my money out...
I paid to get my money out then and was taken through by guy called Bruce. I was told by a Block chain officer James (not real also ) that they had made a mistake and it would cost me again to get my money out of which i advised i wouldn't as i have already invested a great deal... They will rob you so please read this as i would hate this to happen to others.
DO NOT PUT YOU MONEY INTO THIS AS IT IS A SCAM
Dino Market is a big scam
I was persuaded by one of the traders to invest into crypto currency via Dino Markets. I could see the trading account on a daily basis and spoke to the trader twice per week and we also corresponded via email . I wanted to withdraw the money after the trial period. And the account went up to a large amountI had to pay 25 per cent CGTax and a 12.4 per cent cryptocurrency conversion rate in order to get access to the money. But when the money was arranged to be put into my bank I was told by another person that the previous person (Liquidation officer) made a mistake and put the conversion money and CGTax money into the wrong account and I needed to pay another £17.000 to get the trading money to be paid into my bank account. I refused and the money was never paid.
They have stolen a lot of money from me.
Dinomarkets is a huge SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM
These guys get you to invest and do a couple of transaction early on to show a small profit and then after around a month your account has suddenly grown from around £2000 to £190,000 - you then receive a call to say they are going to liquidate your account in full BUT you have to pay the £19,000 commision fee before your get the funds. I should have realised that it was a scam as when they call you can never click on missed call and get through to them. Do not touch these w@nkers with a barge pole.
And so the saga continues....
And so the saga continues....
Yesterday I received yet another call from our good friends at Dino this time from Michael demanding £10.5k commission before they would release my initial deposit. Again, and I am sounding like a broken record, I said I didn't have that sort of money and besides, I wasn't giving them one penny more. Again Michael suggested getting a loan and again I said no. I'm sure that any organisation that demands more money from a client and even encourages them to take out a loan in order to release that clients own funds, has got to be has got to be pushing legal boundaries regulated or not.
Its worthwhile to note that the balance in my account was achieved not just by trades by Dino but by trades by myself. In addition to this, a large number of the balance was made by trades with a leverage on it. I'm not sure how leverage trades work but I suspect part of it involves borrowing and having to repay. For example if I had a leverage of 5 and and made a profit of £1000, I would have have to repay some of the leverage. If thats the case, then the true amount in my balance is incorrect as nothing has been repaid therefore the commission they are demanding is based on an inaccurate value. (I'm hoping someone can explain this in more detail and perhaps provide an example)
Anyway, the message remains the same, avoid at all costs and do not give them one penny. I found out the hard way.
Dinomarkets scam!!
My experience mirrors most others here. They're happy to take your money but that's the last you'll see of it.
Be aware of people claiming to be able to recover your money. I contacted "ethanmia17" - seemed very plausible paid the £1975 fee up front (no further fees will be required I was assured) and everything seemed to be going well.
24 hours later and I was told the funds had been recovered and were ready to be transferred. So far so good. Then - BANG!! - there was "an extraction fee" of £3800 to be paid before the funds could be released.
The immediate red flag was that ethanmia17 had "recovered" more than was in the account. Second red flag was the "recovery ticket" from "Max Mining Trade" - look for that bunch of scammers on here too!! ethanmia17 can sing for the £3800 as the funds are still in my Dinomarkets account. Nothing has been recovered. If it had, there'd be no money in the Dinomarkets account.
The Fraud Squad are looking into my case now. Hopefully, I'll get my money back but I'm not holding my breath.
My suggested conditions if you want to try one of these people offering recovery --
1. No up front payment.
2. Agreed total fee in advance.
3. No win no fee.
4. All fees to be paid out of recovered funds and any balance forwarded to you.
Good luck and take my advice - don't throw good money after bad. Better to take a loss on the nose and learn from it than lose even more chasing it.

I am very disappointed in the service i have received form you today!
Today i was contacted by one of your colleagues Bella Jackson, I had noticed my account showed there was £38,805 in it, i asked Bella to Withdraw this, which she said was fine it will take about an hour to do, Bella then advised i would have to pay 10% Commission of £3805, i was happy to do this and said to take this from the amount she was transferring me, she advised this had to be done upfront, which i thought was very strange and i did mention i did not have this kind of funds! her answer was can i borrow it as i would only be borrowing this for about 10 minutes only.. I made this payment, but the bank requested authorisation, so i told Bella i need to call the bank which she then advised me not to disclose to the bank what the money was for as they would not let me or talk me out of doing the transaction. I should have realised then they are going to SCAM MY MONEY. Bella then called me back and we completed the transaction, she then put me through to the Finance Team LUKAS RAMON, he was very demanding and rude, which caused an argument straight away as he tried to belittle me. Lukas then said Bella had made a huge error which the company and the Heads are going to deal with, and she would lose her job her this!!! (after reading reviews these two should get a medal for their double act), He then stated i need to pay again to release the money, i continuously told him i have no funds to do so, after a few harsh words we agreed i would pay £1000.00 and i will then pay the rest, he then said if i pay this he would sort the rest and will get the mistake sorted and i would get my money. after about 30 mins that transaction was cleared for you. Suddenly Lukas got really excited as my balance had gone to over £250k and low and behold he wanted another £6k to pay me £100k right aware!!!! when i told him NO as there is no more money and requested him to return me my funds or the money he had promised. Lukas then got overly aggressive and said i need to get a bank loan, when i said NO he started shouting and i terminated the call.
After being reassured via Ross Mills that they were a legitimate company i was quite happy, one of the things that has stood out he also was selling me a lot of rubbish, One question i asked Ross at the start was about commission he stated the Commission comes out of the earnings which is the correct way. I work in Sales so really i should not have been stupid enough to fall for this.

Please read carefully before touching these scammers.
I too, put in £250 to start which trebled to £750 in a month. After many pestering calls from my trader “Bella Jackson” I stupidly invested another £2000. This soon rocketed my balance to £4000. However the cheery calls persisted and I was persuaded to liquify a gold reserve of £20,000 to invest further. With the money in hand to invest, I asked to firstly withdraw £2000 to insure there was a line of return. Had they returned the 2K I would have then reinvested the 18. However they asked me to wait 3 days for the return to take place.
I’ve waited, and waited, and waited more but all calls have ceased, no emails are answered and it is not possible to contact them by phone.
Conclusion, Scammers!!
Please do not be taken in by any positive reviews, they are bought and paid for. Focus on the bad reviews whic are now accumulating. Dinomarkets also seem to have a string of associated companies who all continously ring you with differing investment offers.
Just hang up. It seems to be uncontrolled theft on a grand scale.
You have been genuinely warned.
