Scammed out of savings I could not afford with promises that I would get my money back which then turns into yet more you have to pay us even more money and.... stopped now I know they are lying. Do not go here they are untrustworthy. Everything is at risk.

Do not use DINOMARKETS.COM went to withdraw my account and asked to pay administration fee won’t let me withdraw 10000.00 and pay them 1500 they want 15000.00 to withdraw my account in full this is not going to happen as I believe this is a scam

Having invested £250 (blindly, was willing to lose it) I opened a trading account with DinoMarkets.
Things moved slowly at first but then the account made a profit explosion a week ago.
Seemed too good to be true? Yeah it looks like it.
The conversation as now gone from med/long term investment to close the account and withdraw my profits, with the catch of a 10% levy upfront.
I questioned why I couldn’t just have this removed from my profit… but then it’s probably not profit, it’s just play numbers.
Thankfully I’ve been cautious and measured and what appears to be a loss is limited.

My rec would be avoid, it seemed legit but having read all the other reviews it looks like this company are difficult to deal with at best, impossible at worst.

To me, this is not how a reputable company would behave, all looks very good, but ultimately it looks like a very elaborate scheme to get money out of people by offering very handsome withdrawals in return.

If I have any success getting at my profits in a proper and cost free manner I’ll happily update, but it doesn’t look good right now.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM I have unfortunately been caught out and lost a little bit of money, but I am sure they have duped people into losing more.

Basically it works like this. They encourage you to invest as much as you possibly can in BITcoin. You then see a great return on this BUT BEWARE,,it is just numbers. They then come up with an excuse (I have seen many on other reviews) as to why you have to take ALL your cash out. (my excuse was they were merging with another company). They will ask you to pay 10% commission up front before you can release funds. (my investment had turned from £500 into £60,000, so a commission of £6,000) Of course you will not do this as you know that they will take your commission and will not return any of the other supposed profit.. Sadly, you will not get your initial investment back as they will not do that..........BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

They will no doubt reply with some nonsense to this post, but please do not get sucked in...it looks to good to be true IT IS!!!!

I have the same experience as the other 1 star reviews here.
I am called by Bella (after my account was transferred without any notice from Bruce to her because of an accident Bruce had earlier) to close down my account and to transfer the funds to my bank account. I never asked for an account closure, only asked for a small amount to withdraw. She started to explain about Capital Gains Tax and that it had to be paid upfront. 25% plus the 10% of the profit for Dinomarkets. I was told that I had to pay the CGT into Binance via Exodus to them in bitcoin. Once Dino Finance team had the CGT funds they would release the balance into my account in minutes. I told her I do not have that kind of money to pay upfront. I asked about getting my initial investment back and she said me that it isn't possible. I wonder what the regulations are about the CGT. I don't trust them and I'm not going to pay the 25% so I consider my investment as lost. All of this is never been communicated at the time of opening my account. They ensured me that I could take out whatever I wanted. I will not be surprised to hear that this company will be gone in a few weeks. So yes it's a SCAM!

So initially I was impressed with this company as they sound so professional, they give you great advice, some of my friends invested through them also and their accounts looked quite healthy and performing well.

HOWEVER, as soon as I wanted to make a withdrawal, things changed in an instant.

My account manager Bella suddenly was no longer available and I received a call from somebody completely different to say that Lukas is now my account manager and he works in a completely different office and started to tell me lots of different excuses as to why I cannot make the withdrawal right away and would need to wait till the end of the month "when the finance department will process the withdrawal request". When advised that Bella did not make me aware of this and told me as long as I make the request on a weekday before 4pm it will be processed, his eventual response was "I dont give a S*** what Bella told you" - great a lot of professionalism there.

Eventually received a call back today from Lukas to say he has done wonders behind the scene and he has got "Finance" to agree to make a mid-month withdrawal. All of a sudden my account balance has shot up by 5 times the figure.

Guess what though, you only need to pay them 10% cash in advance to withdraw your money and they will even advise you to take a loan from a bank or family to pay the fee. Also, this was probably the most unprofessional call I have ever dealt with in my life

When I told him that this all seems very dodgy, the call turned even worse.

I now know that this is one of the greatest scams built to milk more and more money from people as it is such an unregulated market and there is no recourse when things go wrong.

TRUST ME, I had doubts about using the company but read the reviews on TrustPilot and thought they can't be all that bad but those reviews that are talking about the difficulties that they are having are the genuine ones. All of my friends are now in the same position as me, cant withdraw our own money when we need it.

We needed the funds urgently, I have already missed out on a couple of purchases and I am a patient person but this "company" is without a doubt a SCAM so save yourself the headache and avoid getting into the mess that I naively did. You will have nowhere to go

And I am expecting all sorts of stupid responses of the back of this review, that somehow it is my fault. (of course it was when you don't make things clear when taking the money but somehow there are all of a sudden so many hurdles trying to take your own money back out) so genuine.

Further edit 9th July 2021 - So further to the response from the company below, I did actually receive a call from a 'manager' who said due to everything he can see (although he kept using wrong figures on my account for some reason) that he would allow my funds to be released by the end of the month. Month end came and went and I received another call from the other agent who was demanding the 10% again so I told him to put his manager on the phone, turns out to be the person who promised to release the funds only now he says that's not the case and I need to pay the 10% fee

Do yourself a favour don't get involved with this so called company.

They're just parasites trying to steal your money.

the support hung up on me immediately after i said that i wanted to try it out with the very minimum amount, and i don't think any of this reviews are real.

Lots of fake reviews for Dinomarkets.com The domain name was purchased just a few weeks ago. 17th March 2021. Yet people made profit with a company the day after it had the domain????? These are fake reviews. This is a scam company with a fake trading platform. My only advice is contact your bank, Close the subscription they have added that your not aware of, recall your money and stay away from these fraudsters. The plan is to show online you make a lot of money from small investment. They will then entice you to make alot of money taking lots of your money. Its fake, you will never see your money again.

I was also informed by your people on phone that you are in Dublin in Manchester. I also still get a number of calls daily trying to sell me currency. I am sure the two testimony on web page are true, one may live near beverly hills cop and the other near David Jason? Maybe del boy and Rodney next? plus they appeared the day the site went live. So did they invest prior to you existing. The web site is looking better now, looks legitimate. Your lovely assistants failed to call me prior to the start of chargeback. The certificate for site was set up same day as the domain name Wednesday, 17 March 2021 at 00:00:00 Greenwich Mean Time.
It looks really good, but do not be fooled, the bitcoin and other coin prices on the ticker are real, but just from another website. Coinlib.io as free widgets

I'm 400% up over the past 2 years using the platform. It's great, the best out there. Communication has been steadily improving over the past few years.
Dinomarkets.com domain name was set up in March 2021 how the hell did this reviewer make money on it 2 years before it existed?

I can see they replied. However i used a different name with this company and i received about 3 calls a day for months after this from similar scam companies. Your details will be shared. I know this 100% because they ask for the name i gave which only they received. Just avoid
