I received the incorrect item in my order. After contacting Dinossi immediately about the error, they did not respond. I filled out the return/exchange form on their website five times before finally receiving a response. Dinossi informed me that since the ‘return acceptance days’ had since passed. I responded immediately and emphasised that I had contacted that company repeatedly the day after I received my order and they had failed to contact me in a timely manner.
I am extremely disappointed and appalled at the level of customer service from Dinossi and will never use this company again to make a purchase. I would not recommend buying from this company.
