I have always had great service using Dior.com. My orders are dispatched same day and arrive a day later. Dior products are so beautiful, it’s always a luxury experience unwrapping them. Beautifully packaged as always. Thank you!

Every single order is spot on! The makeup is fantastic quality, with every order I keep discovering new gems. The freebies you get and the loyalty program are amazing. Can not recommend enough.
Dreadful makeup and customer service
After ordering my first luxury lipstick I had high hopes, was I wrong!
The addict lipstick did not match the colour shown on the Dior website and my samples were missing from the order.

I had ordered three make-up products from Dior however when I received the parcel there were only two make up products in it .
The parcel was not damaged in anyway so I contacted Dior the day I received the parcel they asked for proof of pictures and proof of products I received. I sent them everything they said to me they should be resolved within 14 days. It’s been over 14 days every time I call them, they still tell me that they’re waiting for Answer from dpd the carrier. What they are doing is called custom theft customer services is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody is willing to help you from a reputed brand like this. I did not expect disgusting Customer Service such as this I will never be buying from them again and please don’t if you want to save your money go to a brand that actually cares about the customers.
Terrible customer service and poor product
I have had several Dior lip pencils and each one has periodically broken off when sharpened ( with the sharpener provided). I mentioned it to the Dior salesperson who advised putting it in the fridge before sharpening. So in good faith I bought another from their counter in John Lewis. I went to use it a few weeks later and I took the cap off, touched it to my lips and the sharpened pencil just sheared off. When I was next in the city I returned it. I did not have my receipt but each time I'd made a purchase the details of it were added to the system. I was informed by the salesperson that they could do nothing, except sharpen it for me as I had no proof of purchase. I asked to see the manager, I argued that they had proof in their system. The manager agreed that they would accept that as proof providing it had been purchased within 28 days. I said the item is faulty, unused and not fit for purpose. My purchase was less than 28 days ago so they eventually agreed to swop it for the same. I said I did not want anymore Dior lip pencils and was eventually able to swap it for a lipstick. No problems with that so far but I've kept the receipt.
Shockingly bad Customer Service
I can't fault the products, the delivery or the packaging but the Customer Service (as they laughingly call it) is dire. They either don't respond, and if they do, they repeat promises off a script - I asked one Ambassador (as they call themselves) three times to provide me with the name of their manager and three times the answer was evaded. I'm still none the wiser - I wrote a whopper of a complaint and guess what? No response or acknowledgement. I find it absolutely shocking that they treat customers this way, I appreciate things can go wrong but to just ignore a complaint without even trying to resolve it is not acceptable. They don't even respond to bad reviews which are published - they say lots of flowery words about how they hope you have a beautiful day, usually just after you have finished tearing your hair out trying to get an answer, whereas I would much prefer them to start treating their customers better and actually acknowledge complaints. For a brand that likes to market itself as "luxury", they really need to work on their customer skills. I think Mr Dior would be horrified if he could see the way things in the beauty side are run, or not, as seems to be the case. A word to the wise, Dior, there are many brands out there that provide a far superior service and I, for one, will not use you again. I'm sure that doesn't really matter to them as that is certainly the impression I have taken away from this dreadful experience.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I’ll be cancelling my account and going to Lancôme and Chanel in future. Was advised on the online video consultation I could try items and return if unsuitable. I returned one lipstick, tried it, didn’t like it - eventually got a refund. Took a while. However, plenty of fulfilled orders later and I tried a foundation. From the order I kept the primer, lipstick and other items but the foundation was dreadful. Very watery and this 48hr wear - not even one hour. This was supposed to replace my Estée Lauder double wear, which is great but to take advantage of ordering from one place with available offers, I thought I would get equal satisfaction from the Dior Foundation. Not just watery, despite using the recommended primer AND loose powder on the top, it just didn’t work at all. On removing makeup in the evening my face was already devoid of any signs of this stuff, which explained my ghost-like pallor, the same pallor I have before applying makeup! They refuse to refund. Now I don’t know if the item is defective or just plain rubbish but they refuse to refund as they say I have used it! Well yes, this was the advice given, “try it, if you don’t like, return it”. I doubt this is the same company it used to be. Customer Service is non existent, their attitude is appalling and the products are not what they used to be. I am now seeking a chargeback from my credit card and will be advising Trading Standards. Get this company out of the UK. We have standards! I feel scammed.
Rubbish considering the cost
Purchased a lip oil from here which offered engraving. Thought it would add a nice little touch for a Christmas gift, turned up no engraving at all. Impossible to contact as they send you all around the houses.

The parcel never arrived. I was lucky enough that my neighbour, found my parcel near a bin, 500 meters away from our house! Soaked, damaged and half open! DPD sends me a message and emails EVERY DAY that oh there has been an issue, I reported this to DPD, and they didnt even bother to update their system. I reported to DIOR and they couldn't care less!!! I didnt ask for a refund, but their only solution for a never-delivered item is for me to then return the items for a refund! No proper apologies, nothing. Just rude and awful. Wasted so much time. I should have just not been honest with them and said I never received the parcel. Imaging paying for a product, someone finding it on the road damaged, and the provider is like oh yeah return it and we'll process a refund. How about bloody apologies and explanation that you would investigate properly and get back to me? How about just replacing the damaged lipstick rather than me spending MORE time on returning the products which only one of them is damaged?
I will NEVER EVER buy anything from dior again.
My item never arrived
My item never arrived. I had purchased a foundation and was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted DPD via website chat where they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address and I had to contact Dior to raise an investigation, which I did. 2 weeks later Dior have stopped responding to my emails and I still don’t have an answer or my item.
Quite possibly the worst customer…
Quite possibly the worst customer services I have ever experienced. An order was not dispatched, and I requested updates from Dior. Needless to say, Stacey and Clarissa were far from helpful. No updates, just ignored emails. Thankfully my bank was able to retrieve my money back from Dior for the undelivered goods. I would steer clear from purchasing cosmetics direct from them, and use other stores such as Selfridges, Harrods or John Lewis. Their customer services are much better. If I could give this company and their customer service advisors zero stars I would. They are utterly laughable.
Never buy anything online from Dior unless you want a huge battle
If I can give them zero I would. Don’t buy any make up/cosmetics on the Dior website. I bought a face powder and the colour was faulty. They made me send it back for analysis at my expense, and after about 5 months I’m still waiting for a refund after they refused to give me one and then the item I asked for went out of stock because they reply after at least 1-2 weeks after I email them. The most recent email is asking for more and more information about my private bank details asking for confirmation letters from the bank etc.
I will never buy anything from Dior again, utterly appalling.
Absolutely Disgraceful!
They are absolutely disgraceful! I paid for a £3800 handbag to be sent a handbag that looks like a return from another customer with no protective wrapping on the charms and no booklet or authenticity card. After bringing this to their attention, I have to keep chasing for an update. One week later, still nothing! I am fuming and will be taking this up with my credit card company. Absolutely disgraceful company!
No customer service
I’ve been wearing the same perfume for 25 years - unfortunately I can only get this online now but every year I get it gifted to me for Christmas and it lasts a year and then the exercise is repeated. This last year the spray stopped working 1/4 bottle in. Dior accepted the return and that’s where the good customer service ended. It’s been 4 weeks since the item was returned to them for investigation - they won’t respond to emails. They won’t replace the item. It’s disgusting. It’s the only perfume I like and for such a high end label, their service leaves a lot to be desired…I write to them daily now asking for an update and my emails are simply ignored - the last I got said “still being investigated” - 3 weeks after returning it!!

We bought an erring from them for 500£. The charms on the earring started falling down. Emailed them, they did not reply. Called them they said they need to check and this could take upto 14 days and they requested photos. Of course nothing heard back after 14 days. Called again, they said a response was received and the item seems to be defective . They emailed us asking to send the item back. We informed them it was sent as a gift to another country. They stopped responding
This type of service is expected from cheap brands or fake websites. The quality of products is not worth a penny for the amount paid .

I ordered a handbag that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days.
I was tracking it for a few days with UPS until I finally called them. Someone finally called me back and told me the parcel had gone missing.
UPS told me to contact DIOR and that they should send out a replacement. I’ve now contacted DIOR 3 times, and they say that someone will call me back. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as I would of never ordered. It’s now been two weeks, I cannot believe a luxury brand of this size can treat customers spending thousands like this. I will NEVER buy another DIOR item again. I am still no further forward and have no refund or no bag. AVOID

If I could I would rate 0 stars. I returned a pair of sunglasses because they were defective. UPS lost the content of the parcel for reasons that are outside of my control. It has been a month already and I haven’t seen any refund yet. I have been trying to get it sorted with their customer service (if we can call it this way) and now I have been told I need a police report and an affidavit posted to their office in Paris for having a refund. I would not expect such a poor experience from Dior.
Go anywhere else! Service is terrible!
I recently placed an order on Dior beauty, they had an offer you received a free gift, which was a straw Dior pouch, and the pouch was not in my parcel on delivery receipt, the website also mentioned that you received a free lip and eye pallet which was also missing from my order.
I immediately contacted customer services and they apologised for the mixup and said there were no more bags left, but they would send me a free code for a free gift on my next order so I spent another £50 and order arrived with no free gift.
I have since emailed and received no reply.
Will never use this website again. It appears they do not care about customer service because there’s so many bad reviews about the Dior website service and nobody is bothering to contact customers.
