I was sent pre-worn shoes with a damaged insole that made them unwearable. I was then charged to return them.

The pair of shoes ordered was not a stocked line therefore was ordered in and shipped from the manufacturer U-Power as detailed in March. As per our returns policy, 'Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense'. If you wish to discuss this further please get in touch

Excellent customer service and company
I would just like to say how excellent this company is, Not only did they have the product in stock but also at the cheapest price I could find. I wished to pay for an item using two different payment methods, so they invoiced me separately with an easy link to follow for payment, and confirmed payment within 5 mins and confirmed shipment for next day. I received the parcel by 10 am the next morning.
Outstanding customer service and would without a doubt use them again.
