After my old Alienware gaming laptop conked out, I decided I needed a proper gaming PC and after a lot of shopping around and reading reviews, I found Direct Computers. I roughly knew what I wanted and got in touch with them. Joshua from Direct Computers called me back within a few minutes and couldn't have been more helpful. We talked through my needs, recommending parts I hadn't considered and together he helped me plan a better computer than my initial idea - and for less money! In a few days, my new computer was ready and Joshua kept me posted on progress, even sending me pictures of the finished product before getting it sent off to me. I couldn't be happier with the end result - the best PC I could dream of and reassurance that Direct Computers would be there if there were any issues in future. TLDR: Direct Computers are fantastic and I highly recommend them!

Having no confidence to change over new parts to upgrade my PC due to time, effort and lack of confidence. I opted in to buying my parts at Direct Computers for their competitive price, reputation and service.

Their service provided me an option for them to not only provide me a discount by buying my old parts but to also install the new upgrade parts namely being Motherboard, DDR5 ram and CPU.

Their service also provides an express installation (at a price of course but a price I am willing to pay). This is mainly because I work from home and need my PC to work and cannot afford to have much downtime.

Joshua Sadler IT Sales & Support Operations Manager and Mark Adams Senior Business Administrator have been great individuals that are knowledgeable and helpful. They provided me above and beyond customer service with my ever changing availability, due to me having to find time off and or working in office whilst my PC gets service. But, yet none of them batted an eyelid nor where they annoyed by my antics.

I could not recommend this company any more but can only say that my experience with them have been nothing but fantastic and I know that in the future should I need any more services regarding my PC, this is the place to go to.

Brought P.C Bundle for my Sons birthday and its been working very well. Called for some additional information after set up and team very knowledgeable, happy to help. Came well secure in packaging within time frame requested. Very happy customer would highly recommend.

Good delivery packaged well. Good looking white gaming computer with changing colours tho you can choose a static one. My grandaughter loves it and so far its working smoothly. She cant wait to download new games and its VR ready.

Amazing experience with these guys, sent them a spec I built on a main brand site and they got me a better build and saved me £300 at the same time. After getting it I had some issues with the monitor (common samsung issue) and they replied quickly about everything, organised a replacement to be sent out before mine was picked up so I had no downtime, and then got the other picked up for me too. They got back to me out of working hours repeatedly, unbelievably good service couldn't be more impressed. Wouldn't go anywhere else again!

Purchased a gaming PC in June quality item at a great price compared to most (big name) company's this company direct computers are in my eyes the no1 go to place ..also purchased a gaming laptop last week again quality product .the staff reply and help you even replied on a Sunday afternoon. Purchased a high end gaming pc without much knowledge on them Myself. Was speaking to Joshua and nothing was too much trouble, questions on the build and what they would suggest, great communication throughout the build and then on arrival great support when setting up the pc after arrival. The PC is incredible and the price was far better for the spec anyone else was wanting. Could not recommend anyone else to purchase a pc from.
