I have good experience using Direct Connect to move my SUV!

Ok the pick up everything ok
They call me for 75 more because the carrier asked
The delivery was supposed to be on August 4
They said was a problem whit the truck they changed the delivery for agust 10
I paid for a priority delivery they said that’s not priority I espec son kind of refond on my price

Excellent Process

Initial booking experience was easy and pleasant. However, come day of pick up (today) I had still not received a message regarding pick up time for my vehicle. Upon calling, I was made aware my order was not processed correctly and was not set up to be picked up even though in communication with my assigned contact yesterday I was assured my transport was being processed for today. I was also made aware that this was happening with six other people today. After waiting all day and after placing several phone calls to see if a truck was available to pick up my car, I decided that the reliability of the company was sub par. I left a voicemail and cancelled my shipment. I will be going with another company. Unfortunately I am moving tomorrow and will have to wait until a family member can ship my vehicle for me. In addition I will have to rent a vehicle until I am able to get my vehicle across the county.

They shipped our car from NJ to FL on time & safely. John was great! Outstanding customer service! Highly recommended business. Thanks a lot!

I bought a car out of state and I needed it shipped to me. A dealer recommended Direct Connect Auto Transport to me, so I went with them. The rep that I talked to, was wonderful. Everything was good, easy, fast and friendly.

Our driver was fantastic. We needed to have our corvette shipped to Florida in an enclosed carrier. I was very pleased with the care they took while transporting my car. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

When. I received the vehicle, it had deep and long gauges on the rear bumper, I notified the driver and company but they said I already signed the document saying there was no damage, I told them really, this is how you do business? I received the vehicle at night and didn't see the damage until the next day, I was out 600 bucks getting it repaired. Be sure to inspect thoroughly before paying n accepting.

Excellent experience from booking to customer service to driver pickup. So rare theses days, but this company sets the standard.

Excellent,professionsl,reliable. One improvement needs to be done keep the customer updated be prompt jn a zweri g phone be honest with answers be it if shipment is delaying on pick up.

They took my title out of the car then took over 3 weeks to mail it and I got late charges from the DOT thanks for that
