I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my second order arrived. My first order was up to expectation and when I open my second I expect it will be the same. I have had no problems with my orders.

What was 4 to 6 days turned out to be 10.
When the brooms arrived, they were completely different to the picture which in my eyes is misrepresentation. The picture showed birch and hazel brooms. The ones that arrived were bamboo. A cheaper version.
I would have got these down the road for half the price, but chose these because the picture showed they were authentic brooms.
I didn't get much help from Direct Pick other than to send back with no help with postage....which cost me £18.99 to get delivered in the first place.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....
DO NOT EXPECT A REPLY IF YOU eMAIL THEM WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY...
DONT BOTHER CALLING THEM ON THE PHONE AS THEY WILL NOT ANSWER....

I've not had any problems with direct pick , I ordered some paint , it was quick delivered , packed well ,and the company was there at every step to make sure I was OK with things , I cant complain and I will be shopping there again

Absolutely agree with all other reviewers, placed order on 3rd January 2024. Goods still have not arrived, they have taken payment from PayPal, have tried contacting via email and the telephone number doesn’t work, stay well away from this company, definitely a scam website 👎👎👎👎 , got PayPal to take up our undelivered goods complaint, and thanks to them, we have now had a full refund, still wouldn’t recommend this company, stay away, shop elsewhere.

I ordered some command hooks a month ago which haven't arrived. I tried to contact the company via their website, email and phone but with no response. Next step is Trading Standards and asking my credit card company to claw back the money.

Sorry can’t say as I wasn’t home when it came but it all seemed to be ok.

I will not order from this company again I had to pay £9 to Royal Mail because directpick did not pay the correct postage

Despite an incomplete order, they were very quick to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service.

Absolute joke of a company!!
I paid for express so I could have them on a day where I needed them for a catering event, let down big time!
Unprofessional, false delivery guarantee!
They take your money for postage and don’t deliver!!
100% stay away!
No one has replied to my emails and the telephone number doesn’t work!!!
And I’ve had to pay more to get more products!!

Good service and delivery

I have tried to contact direct picks on their website, sent a email and tried to phone (the number doesn’t work!) regarding delivery of items. I made my order on Monday 5th Feb and paid for dpd delivery which should have been delivered within 2-3 days st a cost £77. I would be grateful if direct picks would respond to my questions regarding expected delivery as the plumber is waiting to finish the job and needs the order to do this!
If you haven’t despatched then cancel my order, if you have despatched, kindly contact me to confirm and I will gladly amend the rating. However with all the other reviews I’m not holding out much hope!

I’ve sent emails but no reply I ordered 12 1liter bottles and you have changed the same price for a 700 ml. These booths I am get them at £1.29 was expecting the green 1liter bottles.i would like a refund or return them all get a refund.thanks

I actually got the product but it was shipped in a box that was too large for the postage that they paid for. Item got delayed by royal mail and could not be released until I paid the extra cost of postage and a handling fee.

Direct pick do not answer emails or their phone number.

If you are thinking of purchasing off this site don't waste your time, its clearly some sought of drop shipping game. Checked company records on GOV.UK website, company assets 2k, number of employees 1 . Luckily I payed with paypal so opened a not received case within days and got a refund. Company if you can call it that do not reply to emails or pick up or answer the phone. Whatever your after just search for best price on google ,that's all these are doing

I placed an order on the 07.11.2023, paid in full with postage. I never received the items. I emailed and kept getting told to wait 7 days. By now it was the 14.12.2023, so I requested a refund. It is now the 16.01.2024 and still no refund. Avoid this company they have stolen my money!
