Con artists
I paid for postage as I didn't know what one to pick as I had a few options so obviously I picked the cheapest, the company then came back and wanted more money for postage. If this is the case the company is needing to sort their website out. I paid more money for something I could of got cheaper elsewhere. I am disappointed with my experience and I certainly will never shop with this company again, I'd advise anyone before sending money get them to send you an invoice with the total and don't get ripped off like what I did.

Exceptional Customer service.
I recently ordered 2 Christmas gift packs from Direct Pick and on receipt one of the packs was damaged with broken glass spread across the contents. The packaging was obviously not sufficient to prevent damage going through the Royal mail sorting system safely. On contacting the company by email a helpful employee called Jassi contacted me offering both an apology and a replacement package. The parcel arrived within 48hours in perfect condition. Great customer service above and beyond that expected. I will certainly be using this company again.
