Boxes sent without lids and 1 damaged, no response from customer service
Bought 18 of these and 1 was damaged and they didn’t come with any lids even though the picture shows they have lids and it doesn’t say anywhere that they are not included. I tried contacting 2 different email addresses a week ago regarding this and I didn’t hear back from either

The delivery was days late even though I paid £11 quid for express delivery, and when I emailed to complain, I got a rude one line reply, without so much as a hello miss w******, absolutely disgraceful company who I will never use again. Avoid at all costs .

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. I got the goods. But I paid for a Premier delivery. No dispatch notice, no out for delivery notice. I sent 2 emails over a week ago, receiving automated responses saying they'll be in touch. To this day I've not had a single response. Not a way to run a business.

This company needs to be avoided at all costs £100 one month ago and no delivery I ordered 5 brooms
And they are now sending me one and another item not even ordered I am running a business and this is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever come across I will be contacting trading standards as I get no response from calling and rude emails so I am taking this further

I paid you £3.99 for Tracker postage
I paid you £3.99 for Tracker postage. Instead you stuck a stamp on it and the post office charged us an extra £3.50. You never answer the phone or any emails. Have claimed a refund through the bank. AVOID!!

Dreadful company. Order still not delivered one month later and company refusing to give a refund. Order placed for my 88year old dad. Poor dad.
