No response from customer service

Horrendous non existent customer service. Sent me the wrong colour item. No response to emails, they don’t answer their phone either. Upon reading reviews I realise I am not alone! No address given for returns. Avoid

Boxes sent without lids and 1 damaged, no response from customer service

Bought 18 of these and 1 was damaged and they didn’t come with any lids even though the picture shows they have lids and it doesn’t say anywhere that they are not included. I tried contacting 2 different email addresses a week ago regarding this and I didn’t hear back from either

Avod…

The delivery was days late even though I paid £11 quid for express delivery, and when I emailed to complain, I got a rude one line reply, without so much as a hello miss w******, absolutely disgraceful company who I will never use again. Avoid at all costs .

Ordered wallpaper,good price was…

Ordered wallpaper,good price was notified when it was dispatched and received in plenty of time for the decorator to do the job.would definitely use them again if I needed more wallpaper.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. I got the goods. But I paid for a Premier delivery. No dispatch notice, no out for delivery notice. I sent 2 emails over a week ago, receiving automated responses saying they'll be in touch. To this day I've not had a single response. Not a way to run a business.

Thisa company needs to be avoided at all…

This company needs to be avoided at all costs £100 one month ago and no delivery I ordered 5 brooms
And they are now sending me one and another item not even ordered I am running a business and this is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever come across I will be contacting trading standards as I get no response from calling and rude emails so I am taking this further

I paid you £3.99 for Tracker postage

I paid you £3.99 for Tracker postage. Instead you stuck a stamp on it and the post office charged us an extra £3.50. You never answer the phone or any emails. Have claimed a refund through the bank. AVOID!!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Order still not delivered one month later and company refusing to give a refund. Order placed for my 88year old dad. Poor dad.
Order placed 28.3.23 still not resolved 9.5.2023.
