The order is simply wrong. I was promised a replacement, but nothing since. The products are good, having bought several locally, but whoever picked the order got it wrong.

Order good when they finally arrived , no reply from customer service and no correspondence from the courier

Bought an item on 11th August. Royal Mail delivered at the wrong address and they lost the package. I email Directpick many times to ask them to get in touch with Royal Mail. They said they did it. After many call I discovered they never open a claim with Royal Mail. Now I have a confirmation from Royal Mail saying they lost the pack but Directpick don't reply. Their phone number does not exist.
I can see they reply sometimes on this website. Jass @Directpick, I will cancel this review as soon you will reply my emails and refund me or send the item again.

Update: 26/09/23 after many emails they still don’t reply. Phone still off.

7 litre boxes, nowhere does it state no lids, even the picture has lids but zero lids arrived.
Emailed company 3 times... Still awaiting a response
I also put reviews up in the products their website and not showing... It has only been 24 hrs so I will update.....

I had looked everywhere for somewhere that would ship these to me. I was very happy to find them on Directpick at a good price!

I ordered 6 side plates and they were sent in good time, but unfortunately the packaging allowed them to move inside the box and 2 plates were smashed when they arrived. My low score is because despite two emails and a video being sent, this company did not get back in touch. I am actually quite happy to accept the four undamaged plates as they were only for spares, just needed to make Directpick aware that their packaging was inadequate and that putting ‘fragile’ on the box doesn’t ensure that care is taken by delivery companies.
