I was supposed to receive delivery in 2 working days, it is now 4 and nothing has been received. I thought the price was high but needed it quickly so paid it. Received an email to say order had been shipped but the tracking number given showed with an error

I have not received my order
I have not received my order, I have tried to contact the delivery company but it’s very difficult. The tracking said it was delivered and Audrey signed for it but I was not in work last Friday 27/01. There was someone in the office but no deliveries arrived.

Awful Customer Service
My saga began in mid-September last year and I am only now receiving my order - more than 4 months later. You made excuses about the part not being available through your supplier which is not good enough. Terrible treatment of your client and certainly one of the worst customer service experiences ever for me.

Unfortunately, we are dependent on our supplier for the delivery of the part, which is completely independent of our will , we agree that delivery time quite long is but you have also receive a email with choice to cancel your order.
In the meantime, the delivery of your parcel is scheduled this week.
