ME AND MY REP MICHAVIA

When I chatted with the Direct TV rep Micavia, we talked like we were old friends. Sharing some experiences and where we came from and where we lived now. She was very courteous and new her stuff well. She helped me pick the right package for me . I rate her on a scale from 1-10 I give her a 10 she really was great..

Bad Girls Club-More BANG for my BUCK

The customer service from Kacy was AWESOME! She was very helpful, answered any questions, and was VERY patient. Having an agent help you who can relate to you and your shows and seems very genuine and not as if they are just trying to "sell the product" was definitely a plus. As well as the honesty. The free upgrades I received and and the all the channels for such a price was well worth switching over. Thanks Direct TV.193326452

Watch Out For These Thieves

You cannot get an answer about internet / bundled services until you first sign up, take a hit on your Fair-Isaacs credit score, and pay with a credit card. After all this, it transpires there is no high speed internet partner in your neighborhood. This is so unethical as to border on the criminal. A shame, since DirectTV is probably the best for programming and price of the TV service.

at this time ,I am 'very satisfied ' with all my services and communications with Directstartv. I would continue to do business with you and highly recommend you to our friends and neighbors.Thank you for addressing our needs in a very timely and professional and 'personable' manner.I got the impression that I was important as a customer and consumer. I was very impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and people skills during all communications and contact I had with all personnel from your phone customer service representative to our installer/ technician.

Saved me $50 with one call

Directstartv was great saved me $50 with that call I went from charter cable to DirectTV and that was the best move I've made the rep was great had answer to all my question and also was able to get the installition date I wanted I will be looking forward to doing business with this company in the future.. i will be telling all my famiily and friends about this deal thanks to Driectstartv

Excellence

I HD an excellent experience with the customer service representative at Direct TV.
I have used many different TV providers over the years and definitely think Direct TV is the best in package, deals, etc. Highly recommend.

The customer Service is Excelent

The customer service representative really explained all aspects of the package in great detail to myself and then to my husband. I originally called for a price comparison but left with an order. The representative was personal and eager to answer every question and concern i had.

Very informative, and helpful

Sarah answered all of my questions. I've been with Cox Cable for 21 years and I was a little concerned with the 2 year commitment. However, after going over the sale in detail, I felt comfortable making the change. Also, I asked all my friends on Facebook, about who I should choose and I was pleasantly surprised to see a large amount of my friends use direct tv... I hope the quality and service is as pleasant as Sarah was.

Amazing customer service, patient, and polite!

They are very polite, did not speak to someone I couldn't understand. The guy I spoke to had a great attitude, knowledgeable about Direct TV, and its competitors. Proved to have a high competitive advantage with not paying crazy activation fees, and still remaining not too highly priced. Highly recommended!

Anthony with the Queens accent now living in Florida Rocked My Day!

Change is not something that most of us are comfortable with. After overpaying for many years with the competition I finally made the call to become part of the Direct TV family. First things first, "Anthony" from Queens and now living in Florida (Your Customer Service Rep) says, "We are huge on loyalty at Dish and we are here anytime for you and we want to earn and to keep your business." Direct TV is the DIRECT OPTION!!

Customer service was able to offer me the best package that suited me. They weren't trying to sell me the most expensive package. They waved pretty much all my fees and were able to set up a time suitable for me to install Direct TV. It only took 10 minutes to get everything complete! Convenient and easy!!

Lots of programming choices and excellent HD quality - worth every penny!!

I would and have recommended DIRECTV to many people in the short month that we've had service. We used to have Comcast and while we didn't have any problems with the service we didn't know what we were missing and how much more we were paying to miss it! After switching to DIRECTV our channel base increased like 5 times the amount we had with Comcast AND the HD quality is outstanding! The very first time the tv was turned on with DIRECTV my husband and I looked at each other in amazement. The quality is like none other out there. Not to mention that we get NFL ticket for free for the first year we're in love!
