If minus stars was an option, I would chose that a hundred times over. I clearly stated in countless emails that my file was to be closed after Ella Morano lied about presenting herself and what occurred in regard to my file and monies distributed in an honest and transparent manner. She allowed my family members to claim sponsorship without ever being sponsors because her 23% on the line was more important than being honest and upfront. She emailed my personal information to people I don't associate with and attempted to brush it off like the mistake was harmless. Shes undermined and disrespected me and if there is anyone looking to cash in, stay clear of this money driven person! Trust Disability Services robs people of their money and in my case, privacy. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Helpful in the beginning but hard to get a hold of your assigned contact(s). Sent many emails and voice mails over a period of months. No response.
Got a hold of their receptionist and she stated that they are busy, in school or out of the office. They don't utilize 'out of office' prompts for their emails/voice mails. I even reached out to obtain their manager to voice my experience; no response.
We signed documents, they sent them off to CRA, got approved and they wait for their cut.
They got their 25% fee ($4,600) PAID. They will be receiving another 25% fee ($2,600) from a 2nd part of the application to CRA. I personally feel that they did not provide the customer service that they should be offering for the amount of monies they obtain from disable individuals/families and their hard earned monies.
