Rachid, Kareem and the team have done an excellent job of clearing all damaged items at our property. They are polite, very efficient, work in a tidy manor and a pleasure to deal with. With removing ceilings and floors, again they work extremely tidily considering it’s such a messy job. They are also very respectful of your property. Thank you ☺️

Today Ali and Kader came to our rescue! How glad we were to see Ali,as he has been dealing with dropping our contents from restoration! Ali is extremely helpful, goes out of the to cater for our needs! Today Ali and Kader came to unpack our contents to go through each box for our satisfaction! They were storing each boxes without any complaints in the garage for our future use! Some of the stuff like books were stored in the study! We were so happy when the jobs were done! They also tidied the place, by taking all the cardboard boxes with them for recycling!

From day 1 after the water leak damage, technicians came to rescue, carried their task very efficiently, removing all the items that were damaged, ripping of the drenched carpets, curtains making possible to restore things that could be restored for cleaning and better storage! The technicians came on time and performed the task effectively, very professionally! Kept detailed documentation of the things for future use! Well kept for future use,
Now we are in our house, all the contents - immaculately labelled, wet clothes properly washed and cleaned, all the textiles were kept in organised boxes, shirts, trousers, jackets etc , bedding stuff all (textiles) in excellent condition and order! I have admiration for the the type of work they perform! We are also happy and pleased with the members of Disaster Care-polite and always obliging and helpful! They have done a great job!

Well what a lovely couple of guys (Kader and Jared). They were in my flat for two days after a kitchen leak. The guys were 100% helpful, caring, respectful and trustworthy all the time they were there. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I hadn’t completely done what I was supposed to have done!! If only all workmen were like these two guys, no one would have a problem. It was an absolute pleasure to have them in my flat and thank you Kader and Jarad very, very much. You were the nicest guys I have ever had the pleasure of opening my door to!

I needed my floor drying and sanitising and Disaster Care Capital were able to get me a survey and quote very quickly and more affordably than other companies. Our furniture and contents were duly redelivered to us on April 29.
We have unpacked in excess of 300 china and glass items. This has been a formidable task generating masses of crumpled paper and approaching 20 boxes.
We have been incredibly impressed by the standard which your Packers achieved and whilst we would not have expected there to be any breakages, nevertheless, we are absolutely delighted at the care which they took; and there were no breakages.

We had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch. We were well informed of the date and time when they were due to come to our house to clear the debrie from our garden. The guys did an excellent job cleaning our patio and removing all the debrie from the garden. It was not an easy job.
