After a recent escape of water, DisasterCare assessed the damage and today have completed the drying out process in my cottage. Their communication was excellent, and they were extremely professional. The team that removed plaster cleaned up so thoroughly that there was no visible dust anywhere. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.

I had a fire in my kitchen a few weeks ago. Disaster Care came the following day. Assessed the damage. They were here last week to clean the walls, ceilings and all my furniture. Amazing professional and kept me updated. Just waiting for contents update.

Following a flood in September Disaster Care were sent out to assist. Everybody was so lovely and were quick to help, electrical check up done and machines installed ASAP. From beginning to end, staff onsite and in the office were friendly and efficient. Finally all dry. Thank you.

From the first time DCM Company attended my property, the service was helpful and respectful of my bungalow. They explained the procedure for the work to be carried out and made appointments for checking on the work and always on time and courteous.

We suffered from a flood in the basement of our property. The team at Disaster Care have been notably impressive from start to finish during the whole drying process.
Raed has been incredibly professional, polite and transparent with projected timings / advice etc.
