I have been a customer of Discount Catheters for years now. My orders have been processed quickly and efficiently each time.

Recently, only half of my order was delivered by the carrier. The photos of the boxes were blurry in one case, and of a wall in the other. Both boxes were marked as delivered over five minutes apart which was also suspicious because the boxes only weighed a little over six pounds each.

I contacted Discount Catheters and asked them to investigate. They responded promptly and said they would look into it. Happily, Jose and the Discount Catheters team followed through, and the missing second half of my order arrived yesterday afternoon.

I am extremely grateful and thankful for Discount Catheters‘ excellent service. I will be their customer for as long as I use catheters, and I recommend them to anyone who needs catheters or their other products wholeheartedly and without any reservation whatsoever.

Every time I go shopping for a better price somewhere else, I end up back at this store. You might think there’s a trade off for the low prices but the customer service is always prompt, courteous, responsive and respectful.

Mariana went above and beyond! She listened to my concerns and when I was unable to complete my order online she did it for me step by step in the chat.

I use their service when my insurance drops the ball, Jose w/ customer service was extremely helpful.

I was frustrated with a system glitch that was charging me incorrect shipping and emailed customer service about it. Mariana was right on top of it and got back to me immediately. Not only that, but she took care of the problem VERY fast for me and was very friendly and understanding. I really appreciated that! The prices on what I need on a daily basis are fantastic as well! My experience as a repeat customer of Discount Catheters has been and continues to be an unqualified success. Virtually every aspect of my interactions with the company have been excellent. They come through for me again and again. If you need any of the urinary products that they carry, you cannot do better than order them from Discount Catheters. I do, and will into the future for as long as I need catheters or any of the medical supplies that they offer.

It is important to understand that those who need long-term indwelling catheters are always looking out for better and more comfortable products.
The traditional Foley Catheter has done it's job for years but it is flawed in terms of material and function.
Bladder irritation and worse, reaction to the traditional latex construction makes life difficult.
Having been recommended by two friends in the US I explored the possibility of obtaining a uniquely clever catheter with a dual-balloon function; the Poeisis Duette.
It works, it is perfect, comfortable and easy to manage.
However, the star of this is not the catheter, it's actually the advisor who took me through the whole process of purchase, shipment and order fulfillment; Mariana Kowoll. I know nothing about her other than the fact that I'm indebted to her calm assistance and knowledge.
Can you imagine being 2500 miles away and trusting a person you don't know to advise you? Mariana helped me professionally and sympathetically.

This company is very nice and understanding and their products are always delivered so quickly! Usually the next business day. Great prices too!

Ordered some product. The product failed to arrive. I called Discountcatheters to explain the situation about my missing product. They told me there was nothing they could do because it had been over 30 days. It was only over 30 days because they took 12 days to "look into it". Very unprofessional in the way this issue was handled. Risky business.

Got my order processed thru email by Mariana, whiting 30min my order was done.
