Excellent customer service
This company offers well priced bikes and provides great customer service.
I left it late to order a bike for my son’s birthday, the bike arrived in time but was unfortunately damaged by courier. Kev from discounted bikes managed to get the damaged one collected and provide a replacement within two days so I still had a bike for his birthday.
Would highly recommend!

Sadly, we expected this, not because the service or product was poor, but because you came across as determined to find a problem.
Firstly, the bike was delivered within the timeframes we advised, which were updated after Evri collected the bike a couple of days late. We under promised and overdelivered, with the bike being delivered early.
Secondly, when you contacted us on multiple occasions whilst the bike was in transit, via email and voicemails, we kept you updated with super-quick response, and even agreed to a full refund twice upon return of the bike. You didnt accept this offer.
After our continous updates to you, the bike was delivered early. You then reached out again to warn us that you would notify us of damage, before the box was even opened.
It's clear your looking to cause trouble, or get compensation for a problem which didn't occur. We won't entertain such behaviour and will be happy to leave this fake review for all to see. We have taken great pride in serving around 1000 customers, and building up great reviews. We wont let this one stop us on our mission to helping people stay active with a discounted bike.

Discount Bikes (DB) deserved 5 stars all day for their Customer service alone, which is 10 stars.
We bought a bike for my boy realised in the 6weeks since we had him measured he had grown and a 20" was now too small. DB very helpful and accommodating. Agreed to allow return and sent out a 24inch bike.
Through no fault of theirs, the bike had a fault from the manufacturer. Long story short could not rectify that with local bike shops. So DB kindly arranged collection return and refund.
They were also very quick to respond to all correspondence.
Could have been very different and awkward with another vendor.
