The price and customer service were spot on. Sadly the Owner Kevin had a few issues with the delivery company and I never received tracking, however the bike arrived on the day specified on my receipt text. Luckily just in time for RIDE THE LIGHTS in Blackpool. The bike came with the required multi spanner and alankey and only took 45 mins to get it in perfect order.

Discounted Bikes provided excellent service at a good price. I chose to pay and have the bike (mostly) assembled by their technicians. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. All I had to do was fit the pedals and adjust the handlebars and I was ready for the road.

The first thing to say is there was no one who could compete with the price. Communication was second to none. Kev even replied to me while he was on holiday. The only thing that let them down was no information for delivery. Even though I got a tracking number it never showed up on the delivery messages and the bike turn up without any messages to say it was out for delivery it just turned up out of the blue.

Fantastic price for a great bike. The Claud Butler Ridge was delivered within 48 hours. A tiny issue with the front wheel which needed to be trued was easily solved at no cost to myself. The bike itself is fantastic to ride. Love the colour the E Tech is brilliant and easy to use. Would recommend the bike but more importantly would most definitely recommend the seller. Not all online purchases are this uncomplicated. And not all sellers are this easy to contact and willing to help after you have taken delivery of the item.

Found what is was looking for (a small bike pump) for a good price

Bought a frog bike which they over the phone said was being delivered unassembled. They said it was easy to put together, but there honestly is no info about this online, and its been a struggle ever since. have a feeling the way it was boxed up, the wheel was bent as well. Very dissapointing as these bikes cost a pretty penny, and they are not exactly ikea packages. Should have gone elsewhere.
