I was told my order would arrive before christmas. I havent recieved any notifications on the shipping process. I guess this what I get for ordering on a random website. A gift my daughter really wanted.

They took my money and never shipped my airpods I had to go buy airpods again so my daughter could have what she wanted for Christmas...I can't get a response from anyone, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

i ordered 1st gen airpod pros on NOVEMBER 28TH!!!! Its now december 23rd!! Still not here hasnt even been shipped out yet ive tried calling emailing absolutely no response so frustrated!!! I cant even get my money back. Big middle finger to this website.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I ordered my son airpods pro 1 st Gen awhile ago now and all it is says it's that I label had been created but not delivered to USPS . I beginning to think I'm being scammed at that's totally a bummer cause that was my son's Xmas gift that I now will have to go buy elsewhere but won't have in time for Xmas. Thanks alot

Ordered AirPod pros on Dec 10 paid 4.99 for 4 day shipping It is now the 23rd and still no product. Appears I have been scammed.

I’m not happy with this store, when I ordered it stated my purchase would arrive by Christmas Eve. I have never received one single email with an invoice or anything, I’m trying to cancel my order and can’t not get a email back. I don’t think this site is real and my money is now gone right before Christmas! Stay away

Ordered 2 pairs of AirPods a few weeks ago as Christmas gifts and still haven’t received anything. Tracking information says a label was created but usps is awaiting shipment. I have reached out via email a few times with no response and their phone number is just a recording telling me to contact them through email. I was hoping everything would go fine as I read some good reviews. I am trying to figure out a way to get my money back since I haven’t received a response from the company.

Placed order on December 1st in hopes of getting the airpods for a Christmas gift. Well here we are 22 days later and only the label has been printed. I MUST HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. DONT ORDER! The phone support is bogus and emails don't get returned. Buy elsewhere.

You created a tracking number for USPS on December 7th for some apple airpods I bought these for my little girl for Christmas and I assumed ordering these on December 1st and you giving me a tracking number on December 7th they would be here by now and it show no tracking on the tracking number you created 9400111206217499105039 please update me ASAP The order is under Rebecca Owens my wife is having me handle this now she thinks it's a scam and I work with the police and sheriff department so I am better at these things

I ordered a pair of Airpod Pro (2nd Generation) NIB on Dec 12th. I didn't see anything shipped for a days so I emailed them since I called and they said their call center only does email. So after I emailed them to find out where my order was I got no response. Then suddenly I saw it was shipped but just a USPS label being created on the 19th. Now it's the 23rd and nothing. No movement of the order, just a label created. I am not happy and I guess reading some of the comments on trustpilot I'm not the only one in this situation. Don't sell something that you either don't have or can't ship in time, especially during the Christmas holiday when people are counting on these items coming in for Christmas gifts for family.

I put in a order for air pod pros on the 8 th of December got a email saying they had shipped with a track number on the 11th thbut the tracking info just says the label was created it’s the 23rd now I feel like I have been scammed idk if this website can be trusted but there is so many good reviews this sucks hope I get me stuff or my money back

Please save yourself and don't order from here. It's not legit. The positive reviews are from random new accounts. Beware

SCAM! Ordered Apple Airpods Pro Gen 2 on December 13 stating I would receive by December 24. On December 19 (6 days after the order), I received notification that they printed a label at 2:34 AM and package was waiting for pick-up. It's December 22, the package has not been picked up. These will not arrive in time for Christmas. This is a scam. Do not order from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!

I placed an order on 11/30 for a pair of AirPods for Christmas. The website still shows order is being processed. I have emailed them 4 times and have yet to get a response back. Their website states fast friendly service yet you can speak to a person. I am now in the process of trying to find the gist somewhere else and hope I am able to get a refund back on the set I ordered here. I am very dissatisfied with this site. I do not recommend them to anyone!!!

I ordered AirPod pro 2nd gen on 12/5. I was notified that they didn’t ship it until 12/11. Shipping was supposed to be 5-7 days. I contacted them on 12/21 and did not receive a response. Looks like I will have to open a dispute with my Credit Card company.

I have messaged multiple times, added notes, email with no response. I was hoping to have these by Christmas for a gift. Extremely disappointed and hoping for shipment and receipt ASAP.

I just emailed them again asking for a full refund!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I'm doubting all the positive reviews I read before placing this order!!!

So I am hoping these issues are just holiday time related…. Same as many of these other reviews my item has been “shipped” for almost two weeks but USPS and the tracking says a label was created but the package was never sent to UsPS I emailed three times and reached out via the website twice over the last two weeks with no response whatsoever. Hoping I can get an answer this way. I read so many great reviews, and I know that this is a busy time of year… but I was given a 5-7 business days from time of shipment…. And it’s been 9 business days since they claimed to ship my order and USPS hasn’t even received it. This was the one and only gift my daughter wanted for Christmas and if these don’t show up by tomorrow then she won’t have anything especially since they did take my money December 7th the day my order was placed. I just want someone to reach out to me to reassure me that my item is coming…. The lack of communication is making me really nervous and skeptical of the previous reviews
