The kit I was sent was missing…
The kit I was sent was missing hardware. The customer service center sent me a link to purchase the missing replacement pieces from Amazon and refunded me the difference...but then my order was canceled by amazon due to the item being out of stock.
The kit appeared to be a return from someone else, they need better quality control before sending out their products.

Dishonest
Ordered a grill for $105.95 a week ago. Got a message today saying they were cancelling the order due to "extended shipping time." Checked their website and the grill is now listed at $155.00. No wonder they didn't want to ship it. Pretty dishonest tactic to save themselves $50.

Bosch router
I bought a Bosch router and it was delivered in about 2 weeks. The funny thing is that it was shipped directly from Lowe's warehouse so I'm hoping its not refurbished because the price was about $100 less than what Lowe's sells it for.
