I had looked for a few replacement pieces to my dishes. I couldn't find any. Even on the manufacturers website it looked like my set was discontinued. I found a whole set on discounttoday.net Even though I didn't need a full set I bought it anyway. To my dismay, the set showed up within a few days. It was sent from Kohls. I looked on Kohls website and did not see this set. I am pleased.

Good customer service
My package did not arrive when it was supposed to. Calling customer service was not successful, but each time I emailed them, they answered very quickly. When the package finally arrived, it had the wrong items. Again, my email was answered quickly. They told me to keep the incorrect items and promised to ship my items right away. A few days later, my items arrived in good condition.

First and Last Order
I ordered a MasterBuilt electric smoker - price was $20 less ($179) than anyone else and they offered free shipping on orders of $50+. Heck of a deal. Received email confirmation of my order and immediately saw the payment hit my credit card. 8 days later I receive another email telling me my order was canceled, due to extended shipping time, and that I’d be receiving a full refund. My wife told me not to order from them, that I should use a more well known company. Thanks for proving her right, discounttoday.net!

Excellent pricing. Quick shipping. Great product. The only problem was that the item was not packed in any shipping package, rather it came in it's original package that wasn't even taped and was open. Pure luck that all parts were still inside.

The price was right! However, for several weeks after the product was delivered I was still getting delivery updates. Someone didn’t know what was going on.
