My Displate got damaged during transport. I emailed customer support and attached photos of the damage. They sent me a new displate without me having to return the damaged product. I've been a customer for many years but this is the first time having to deal with support. I'm obviously very happy with the support!

I ordered replacement magnets because I needed to move my art around. My order was shipped right away and then FedEx lost it. I reached out to Displate and they investigated it and was able to ship me a replacement quickly. FedEx didn't lose it the second time. :D

I've ordered 10+ Displates so far and every one has showed up fast and was beautiful. The single issue I did have with an order, support went above and beyond to resolve the issue which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend!

First item came damaged, customer service immediately replaced it after I got ahold of them. Next quality wasn't good on final product from image I choose issue not the print quality. They removed the bad image and gave a full refund without asking me to return either issued item.
