Delivered within the time slot afforded, with the two delivery operatives efficient and helpfull.
Suggestion would be when delivering to a licenced premises do not give early morning time slots, we need sleep as well.

A good price on the items I required coupled with helpful, friendly staff resulting in a top class service from enquiry to collection. I would highly recommend this business to those looking for value and service.

I ordered a chest freezer on a 3 week delivery time, I was offered 2 weeks delivery after payment but needed the extra week to clear space.

Freezer arrived on the day as promised. It was unpacked by two lovely gentlemen and rubbish taken away.

Excellent customer service, good price on item bought, Hotpoint dishwasher, plus good price on connecting the dishwasher and removing the old one. Confirmed delivery and time slot of item bought the day before it was due to be delivered, also phone call to give 25 minutes notice of time they would be arriving. So far very pleased with the dishwasher. Distons only came to light after several internet searches, they should have a higher profile as they seem to be a very good company,they will be the first company I will go to when other electrical products need replacing.

Kept informed of when delivery would be. Received call when delivery driver was half an hour away. Two very helpful guys brought new washing machine upstairs as I live in first floor flat and took away all packaging + old machine. Very polite and helpful. Excellent service.

Two really lovely gentlemen delivered my (very heavy) fridge freezer (up two flights of stairs) and installed same. They were very courteous and pleasant, and had already reversed the doors for me. Great service - thank you, gentlemen!!!!!!!

It was a pleasure to deal with this company. So helpful and pleasant. Required an after 1pm deliver - no problem.

Very easy to order my new fridge freezer. Was given a convenient date and time with a 3 hour delivery slot . Kept in touch by email so knew the delivery would be a little late. Very nice people very efficient and tidy. Removed my old fridge freezer before putting the new one in it's place. Took everything away with them. Couldn't fault them, would use this company again.

The two lads were very good and done everything that was needed. They were definately well worth five stars although they did forget to leave the oven spray that we paid for. I would and will recommend you to anyone who i know who need to purchase a oven.

I cannot fault Distons in any way. Their attention to detail with electrical items is perfect - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and give me confidence when they fit any appliance.
I would not go anywhere else for an electrical appliance!
