I contacted Distons after my previous supplier for a Hotpoint Vented Tumble Dryer was unable to fulfil my order, after several weeks wait, due manufacturing delays. Distons had my dryer in stock and was able to deliver within two days following my order. The company was helpful and confirmed that I had chosen the right dryer for my needs. The dryer was delivered as promised and fitted professionally. I would certainly recommend Distons in the future for their customer service and professional delivery servic.

Highly recommend - purchased a dishwasher, was not only the cheapest provider of the product, but also the cheapest fitting. The fitters were lovely and efficient. Will be coming back for more white goods for sure. Thank you.

The care of the customer comes first with Distons. We had issues with a fridge/freezer that the manufacture didn't really want to solve. Distons did everything they could to help sort it.
Eventually they delivered a replacement - even if it meant going out of their way to do so. I totally recommend, and will use again for sure

Needed a new tumble dryer but the lift in my apartment block is out of action and I'm on the 3rd floor.....a quick message prior to ordering was met with a quick reply from Ryan, who advised it would be no problem and he would send 2 people to do the delivery. The 2 guys that came were excellent, bringing the new machine right into my hallway and even offered to take the packaging away. Great service, thank you! Dan

The lads arrived within the time slot given and took the old dishwasher out and seamlessly put in the new. Very happy with the service received, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Easy website to navigate, a very good price, including free delivery and only £10 to take away our old machine! Delivered in only 3 days from placing the order, the 3 hour slot was messaged to me the night before, as promised, and the driver rang me when 30 minutes away plus he was very courteous, friendly and professional.

I ordered an integrated dish washer with fitting and this item came on the day stated. They fitted the dishwasher and was very friendly throughout the time they were there. When they left the dishwasher was left running and unfortunately when it drained there was a leak. This was no problem at all for this company. I called them up first thing and they arranged for it to be fixed the same day. They couldn’t be any more apologetic. I found them to be friendly professional and really reliable. The dishwasher was great value for money and works perfectly. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Really great service and communication. I was offered a very generous goodwill gesture due to a delay on the oven I had ordered.
3 hour time slot was text to me the night before delivery and a further phone call when the delivery was 30 minutes away!!!!
Couldn’t ask for any more and will definitely be recommending Distons to friends and family.

Yesterday I had delivered my first purchase an Ebac washing machine by 2 lovely young men who fitted it and took me through the programmes. Will definitely be buying from Distons again and will recommend them 1st class service
