Great service from ordering to installation

From order to delivery, Distons were brilliant. The machine I ordered was the best price with them, i chose the deliver day and what’s even better is that they’ve sourced me a tumble dryer they don’t normally stick to match my washing machine.

Good service, very helpful driver.
First machine un packed revealed a large dent.
Second machine un packed revealed a chip in the paintwork . We accepted the second machine but feel Bosch wharehoue staff should be more careful with there handling of the stock. An adjustment in the price would be appreciated.

Really impressed with the price and the delivery of a fridge freezer. Not only were Distons the cheapest in comparison to other suppliers but they delivered within a short timescale and there was no charge for delivery. They took away my old appliance for a small cost and the delivery time given thankfully had a small timeframe; on the delivery day within that timeframe, I got a call to advise that they would deliver 30 minutes later. This allowed me to make plans for the rest of the day. Delivery men were really helpful, nothing too much trouble, and they put the item in place for me and took away all the packaging . Top service from start to finish and would definitely recommend!

What a great experience using Distons for the purchase of my new fridge freezer. From start to finish the process was straight forward and quick. I was kept updated all the way regarding my order and delivery was very smooth the driver John called me and told me he was on way with an estimate time of arrival. Unpacked appliance, put it place and took all the packaging away along with my old fridge.They also beat others on price. Wouldn't hesitate using them again and recommending them to others. Totally recommend Distons. My new dishwasher was not only priced at least £20 less than the big boys, installation and removal of old machine and packaging also very reasonable. The service was fantastic. Ordered 2nd Jan, bank holidays notwithstanding, delivered on 4th Jan.The delivery team kept me updated every step of the way and arrived exactly when they said they would. Installed with great care and attention to every detail. I wholeheartedly

One of the smoothest order and delivery processes I've ever had they even unwrapped the washing machine and took away the packing I was shocked.

From start to end the customer experience has been flawless. The website was easy to navigate and the product price was better than the leading competitors. I had some questions about the product and I was able to speak with the team immediately on the phone who were able to give me informed product information and guidance. Delivery was fast and the team who installed my appliance were polite, professional and conscientious. I never usually leave reviews but Distons have been so amazing I felt it was the least I could do to support their business. Can’t recommend them enough.

I was after a new cooker, so like most people, I researched the product on Google and also looked for the best deals. I hadn't heard of Distons and decided to place my order with another online company that was familiar. However before I checked out, I did a quick research on the company itself. The one I was about to buy from had poor customer service reviews whereas Distons had good reviews, so at last minute I swapped my order over to Distans.
Was I glad that I did, Distons have been very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Ordering was straight forward, delivery was quick, and I was informed at every stage. The person who delivered the product, again was very helpful and everything was on time. The product is now in and working, so well done Distons for a great deal and excellent customer service.

The service I received was amazing. I had ordered a new tumble dryer from my Dad. I requested the old one be taken away and that they fitted the new one in the kitchen. as my Dad is in a wheelchair.

The delivery man was so helpful, he rang me after he had been the house and explained what he had done, and if my Dad had any issues to ring.

I would not hesitate to recommend Distons and will definitely use them again.
