I ordered a Beko dishwasher. Distons' price was competitive, delivery was fast and the customer service was prompt. I am very happy with the purchase and will definitely use Distons again.

Efficient and Courteous
I purchased my new Ebac washing machine from Distons having found their website when searching for a British built machine.
Ordering was very straight forward and the machine was delivered in a few days on the next scheduled delivery for my region.
Delivery was on time and went very well. The delivery / installation team were very polite and helpful.
I'm pleased with the service provided and would be happy to buy from Distons again.
I hope the new washing machine lives up to expectations but can't comment until it's been used a few times.

Website easy to use and understand.Emails and texts to inform me of when my item would be delivered and excellent customer service from your driver who even phoned me to let me know i was his next call and 30 minutes away.

The person who sold us the washing machine was polite, friendly and very helpful. The price like for like was the best we could find.
The delivery was on time and the two people that delivered and installed the washing machine were also polite, friendly and obliging, and left our utility room clean and tidy.
We will definitely visit Distons next time we need to replace a domestic appliance, and would recommend that others go there too. Thank you Distons

Don't usually buy from company's I don't know off but given the fact they was £100 cheaper than other store's I'd thought I'd give them a try. Wasn't disappointed! Communication was great as was the delivery guys. Would highly recommend and will shop from here from now on. 5*

Popped in to see about ordering a ebac washing machine and to see if they could deliver after a certain time of the day. Spoke to the owners son who was very helpful and arranged for me to have the machine delivered the next day ( I was very local) at a time that was convenient to me . Next day delivery guys phoned to say they were on their way , arrived, and within five minutes had placed the machine where I wanted it and removed the old one . Thanks guys whole experience for me was faultless…

Bought Hotpoint Fridge/freezer FFU3DWx1 to replace 9 year old Hotpoint Quadria, as need the larger capacity of these models.
Distons beat all retailers by 10% including £25 for 2 man delivery, unpacking and setting up.
Website easy, clear and precise to use & able to book delivery slot. Email confirmation received promptly. Text received day before delivery giving 3 hr time slot, then confirmation next day as well as phone call to confirm 30 mins away. 2 man delivery & unpacking service was superbly carried out by very friendly, cheerful & professional team. No huffing & puffing , just great efficient service.

Very satisfied with the service received from Diston’s. Delivery was made in the time frame notified, by a friendly driver who offered to take away packaging for us. Happy to recommend this company.
