To be clear: I can not make any Statement about return-policies and processes, I have not made any experiences with it.

Shopping experience on the website was great; good overview, fast loading times, great pictures including those from customers.

Shipping was alright: I was constantly updated about everything step. Only had issues recieving information on the side of the german delivery service, but I had enough from disturbia and their service for it to not matter.

Quality is good to great, I'm genuinely loving every piece.

Prices: Honestly fair. Not cheap, not expensive, but really appropiate and fair.

Only little critism I have, is that certain items where out of stock, but since the vendor is not always responsible and disturbia offers a notification service, this is a non-issue and more of a personal wish for more good items.

Can definitely recommend and will most likely order herr again!

I used my measurements for choosing the right size, which in the end did not end up being my size, so I had to return 4/5 items.

The pants I ordered (which were the only item in the right size using my measurements) and wanted to keep have a defect.

I do expect better quality for this price.

I did order an item that was shown as in stock at the time of order. Days after receiving the order confirmation, I was informed that this item was not available anymore. The refund was quick, everything else went well. It was disappointing though, as there was no indication of that this particular item was running out

This is my first purchase at Disturbia. I was delighted to receive my package just a few days after placing the order... The black pentagram makes a package remarkable, I love it :-)

It took me some time to choose what I definitely wanted (due to big choice of prints and designs), customer reviews were really helpful, since I'm very used to FF EU standard sizes.

I will definitely do more purchases at Disturbia in the near future. Thanks!
