Love Ditto! I've been taking these supplements for about 5 months and noticed a difference immediately. My leg muscle pains have vanished and my periods have gone back up to 4-5 days from 2 days. I'm... See more

DITTO is a supplement brand, founded by PhD nutrition scientist Alice van der Schoot, that is defining a new standard in menstrual health. Billions of us face challenging menstrual cycle symptoms, yet when we search for solutions, we often feel stuck with options that seem like “trial and error”, or nothing at all. We’re caught in a cycle of painkillers or isolation to cope. And when we turn to healthcare guidance, we’re met with dismissive suggestions like “rub your tummy” (yes, that’s really a thing!) instead of evidence-based advice. We deserve better. Clinical trials show that certain nutrients effectively reduce menstrual cycle symptoms, compared to a placebo. What was truly shocking to Alice was how little of this info was accessible. Many of us know nutrition can help, but it gets blurry knowing what to take or how to use it effectively. This became a relentless pursuit to create an entirely science-first supplement, where every nutrient has proven effectiveness in clinical trials. No guesswork, no trial and error, but something you can trust to actually work.

I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibroids and pelvic congestion syndrome due to all the inflammation and being undiagnosed for so long.
I literally tried everything on prescription by consultants such as the pills, pain killers, creams, even trialed new medicines which caused rapid weight gain.
I’ve had numerous hospital attendances due to my symptoms.
The consultants were starting to offer me hysterectomy stating they resourced every option but I wasn’t happy since I plan to have a family and don’t want to resort to that option to determine my future as being unable to have a child naturally.
My cycle has never been regular, however, since I started taking Ditto I have noticed my pain hasn’t disappeared but it’s massively reduced.
I am having much less time off sick from work and the last 2 months my cycle has become more regular.
My friends have noticed that I’m much more independent these last 2 months of being on Ditto and I’ve recommended it to others with menstrual issues.
Everything the hospitals or clinics have recommended has not worked for me but I notice something is happening with this and I don’t want to be without these capsules now.
I would recommend these to anyone.
I’ve been using Ditto’s cycle supplements for a little while now and have genuinely noticed a difference in my endometriosis symptoms. They’ve helped reduce my pain, bloating and fatigue, and overall my cycle has felt much more manageable month to month.
The tablets are easy to take and fit well into my routine, and it’s reassuring to finally find something that feels like they’re making a real difference.
I initially received one pouch from my 3-month order and was told the next would be sent shortly after. When I got in touch to check on this, their communication was very quick and helpful — they provided tracking for the second pouch and confirmed the third had already been sent as well.
Really happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for extra support with endometriosis symptoms.
I am incredibly happy and surprised that DITTO has made a massive difference to my cycle. I am 44 and since having kids I have suffered terribly with "period flu" for a whole week before my period, every month. I was feeling really unwell for 25% of my life. Since taking DITTO, I am sometimes genuinely surprised when my period arrives with maybe only one slight day of PMT and I feel that my periods have also been lighter and a bit less painful. It's without a doubt made a huge difference to me.
Was relying on this to be the start of something good.
I haven’t been diagnosed with PMDD but after lots of research and reading, I can most certainly say I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t. I’m 26 and for the last 2 years I’ve found my cycle so unpredictable and difficult to control. My partner, friends and family noticed a huge difference in the weeks leading up. Last month I gave Ditto a go, I have been taking now for just over a month, and I can confidently say I am noticing small but meaningful improvements, my mood swings are much more controlled and my bloating isn’t as noticeable, I’m hoping that this is the start of something amazing which will help me and many others!
Ditto has been life-changing for me in that my PMDD has reduced from 7-10 days to 2 or 3 days maximum a month! My bloating, cravings and most importantly my mood stabilisation has improved drastically and I no longer have the dread of my upcoming PMDD every month. It has been a real game changer for me personally and I wouldn't go back. I've been using Ditto since December 2025.
I started taking these to ease perimenopause symptoms after seeing reviews and also being backed by an Anita who is a doctor and gynaecologist. I’ve been taking for a month and have noticed positive changes which is encouraging and I will definitely be continuing.
A really amazing company and love that this works for so many people. Unfortunately this hasn’t worked for me, despite trying it for 4.5 months but still worth having a go!
This has absolutely changed my life - I’m only on month 2 but I cannot recommend this enough. I never thought I’d be able to get my PMDD to a manageable level until I started taking Ditto. I’m so glad I took the leap of faith, I was honestly ready for anything, my PMDD truly cripples me every month. I cannot stress enough, it’s worth a shot !!!
My PMDD has always been so bad, I didn’t realise what it was until I saw people talking about it online. I saw Ditto come up, I love that it’s created by women for women! I’ve been taking it for 6+ months now and I can definitely see the different, it’s amazing!
This tiny pill has been life changing for me! I have suffered with Adenomyosis and PMDD symptoms for YEARS! I have exhausted all options of help in gynaecology and my only next step is to have a hysterectomy. I feel still too young for this (36) and came across this little miracle pill. It has literally taken 3 full months of having it everyday to see a difference but wow what a difference it’s been. I feel rather embarrassed to say, (but just so you get a feel for how powerful this has been for me) when Mother Nature stepped in this month my partner said ‘wow, and you still like me?’ and my children made a comment and said ‘Mum, you seem so happy all the time at the moment’ — If, like me you suffer with hormones and feel you can’t even crack a smile at times try this you will not be disappointed!!
I’ve been taking ditto for around 6 months now and I have to say it’s an absolute game changer. I have cycles every 21 days so as soon as I finish I feel I’m gearing up for another one which can feel like an endless merry go round of hormones. It was a considered purchase as the cost is higher of other supplements but it is well worth the money and I will continue to use for the foreseeable future. I have definitely noticed that I’m much calmer and little things don’t trigger me as much in the sense of irritability. My chosen contraception is a coil as if you have one you will be aware you do get very crampy, this has significantly improved and I haven’t been raiding the cupboards pre period either so all round 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 extremely helpful team who are happy to answer any questions and get back to you really quickly - keep going you’re doing a fantastic job! Xx
I have placed a 3-months plan order. It went well. I have stopped because they are expensive and they never got back to me as what is the exact dosage of each component in their formulation. So we cannot know what we are actually buying.
This morning the order #DITT-35590 was placed without my consent. I have never renewed my 3-months plan. I have been charged £81 pounds. I expect a full reimbursement from DITTO asap please!!!
EDIT: Adding a star for a very friendly and quick customer service! Many thanks Anita for such a prompt response and efficient problem solving!
The website is still quite opaque though and I think both ingredient concentrations and subscriptions conditions/states should be displayed very clearly, hope that will change soon.

I've tried multiple different similar products and this is the one that's made the most difference for me. I'd been getting significant mood dips, particularly before my period, and it was really affecting my quality of life as I'd spend over a week feeling hopeless and depressed. Since taking DITTO over the last few months, I feel noticeably more energetic throughout the month, and the mood dips are almost gone - okay I might get a bit tearful, but I can get out of bed and feel positive about myself. The capsules are easy to take, in contrast with some products which need mixing up or multiple different types taken at different times. Just two capsules, same every day, easy to fit into my routine and also the most effective. Love DITTO, you've literally changed my life
Before taking ditto I was managing my PMDD with slynd birth control and calcium supplements as recommended by a gynaecologist, the duration of the symptoms had reduced a lot but I was still experiencing short and intense bouts of PMDD. Since November I have been taking DITTO alongside the birth control and calcium and have not had any PMDD symptoms at all in the last three months. It has been life changing! And for me it’s personally great to know that ditto made a difference alongside the birth control which had been really helpful for other non PMDD symptoms I was experiencing. Highly recommend anyone struggling to give DITTO a try.
I’m one month in and already feeling the benefits of this supplement. Much more clearer minded! thank you :)
I was struggling with the start of perimenopause and not feeling like myself,
After reading up on Ditto, i decided to give it a try and noticed the difference in my symptoms within 3 weeks!
I’ve contacted the team a couple of times with different queries and they are always so quick to respond and very helpful too!
I would highly recommend giving them a go if you’re in need of a little help getting through perimenopause!

I don't want to write a negative review because the company and the women making these products are amazing. The work they do is invaluable and I am a big supporter of them.
However, I have had PMDD for 25 years and I have tried everything except surgery. I came off medical menopause in September 2025 and all HRT. I started using Ditto on 12th Jan 2026. I have been on it for 15 weeks now and have not had any noticeable improvement in PMDD symptoms yet.
However, the customer service I have experienced from the team has been second to none. They go above and beyond to help with any questions and really are working hard behind the scenes to make something great for us. For that reason and due to a very helpful email from Alice I am amending my review. It may not be doing as I had hoped in terms of symptoms but as a company I cannot fault ditto and the work the team do.
Great idea , saves having to take multiple vitamins daily. Has helped so far with only taking for a few weeks. I have PCOS and suspected endometriosis
I'm a GP and so often fairly sceptical about supplements. I've been struggling for the last year with really intense fatigue especially in the week before and the week of my period. I was able to work but on my days off I would frequently be napping or just feel unable to do more than sit on the sofa. I lost interest in my hobbies. My moods were often very quick to tears in that luteal phase and this overwhelming intense hopelessness would often just come on me for no real reason in a way I hadn't felt for several years since struggling with post natal depression. I suspect I have PMDD although I haven't been to my own GP to discuss.
My husband nags me about going in to ask for my bloods to be done all the time.
I thought I'd give ditto a go, as I'm sure my diet could be better and at the least the vitamin d is super necessary. For the first 2 months I noticed no difference, but then it crept up on me. I started being interested in my hobbies again, I am no longer napping or lying down in bed for extended periods at the weekend and I do feel better. I will say my periods remain similarly heavy, although I've never felt they are comparatively that bad. I often have quite bad period pain, although not every month, and that has not really changed for the better. But overall I'd recommend these as for me the pain and heaviness is manageable in other ways, but the fatigue and mood changes were becoming debilitating and affecting my family.
I am reviewing after taking Ditto daily without fail for a little over 2 months now. I believe I am now beginning to feel real benefits and I am excited to see how they develop and hold up with continued use. The biggest tell for me was about 3 days ago… I realised I had no idea when my period was due. Anyone who experiences PMDD knows that we *know* when it’s due based on our symptoms and their severity combined with how long it’s been since the last one. I couldn’t remember when the last one was exactly (so it had been at least a couple of weeks!), and my mood was buoyant to say the least. Usually 10-14 days before my period starts, I am in the clutches of full on PMDD depression, emotional dysregulation and turmoil, so imagine my surprise when I checked my period app and saw I was 6 days away. I couldn’t believe it. Had I really just sailed through the part of the month I live half my life in fear of without even noticing?! It’s due in 3 or 4 days and I haven’t felt it coming at all. I noticed last month was easier than usual as well, but still difficult. I’ve also noted an overall improvement in my mood throughout the month, better sleep, and less brain fog too. I am so impressed, I emailed today to make double sure my subscription is set to renew as I really don’t want to go without now. If it continues to work like this, it’s the hormone silver bullet I’ve been waiting for for years.
